Fantastic place - I look forward to returning!!
Pros: The property was spacious, authentic, clean and comfortable with great amenities and in a great location. Myself and four other friends stayed here and we really enjoyed it. The apartment is in a beautiful building and the apartment itself is spacious, authentically decorated and the amenities are fantastic. Close by to a metro or walking distance to the Vatican. The area felt safe and there’s several bars, restaurants, shops and supermarkets nearby. The host was friendly and responsive, talked us through the check in process and answered any questions we had. I really recommend this place! I would definitely stay here if I were to come back to Rome.
Cons: Everything was great! However, the shower didn’t drain as quickly as it should, so sometimes it did overflow slightly but this is a very minor problem! The shower water was also quite temperamental in that it did keep changing from hot and cold but besides that everything was perfect!

Excelente localização em Roma, perfeito para Familias de 5 pessoas.
Pros: A localização do apartamento é absolutamente perfeita para conhecer Roma, perto da estação de metro de Lepanto. Também é possível caminhar até às atracções principais de Roma, Vaticano, Rome old town, Trastevere, etc. O apartamento é espaçoso e acomodou perfeitamente a nossa família de 5.
Cons: Nada em particular.

Pros: Emplacement idéal pour les visites dans Rome. Proche de magasins et restaurants. Quartier calme.
Cons: Possibilité d'améliorer certains points dans la salle de bain (pommeau de douche, lunette WC...)

Miejsce położone w świetnejlokalizacji, do wszystkich głównych atrakcji możnabulo dojść na piechotę, a w pobliżu możnaby
Pros: Miejsce jest niesamowicie klimatyczne, sama kamienica jest bardzo urokliwa a apartament urządzony z sercem.
Cons: Minusem była mała ilość ciepłej wody i zbyt krótka szyba pod przyszyciem co powodowało że łazienka była mokra.

Pros: Очень красивая, тихая и атмосферная квартира. Видно, что в квартире все не супер новое, пожившее, но все в приемлемом состоянии. Разрешили завезти багаж в квартиру пораньше, посоветовали места для покушать рядом с квартирой.
Cons: Мне было холодно, хоть и включила радиаторы)) все-таки отопление здесь не сравнится с отоплением в снг))

Agréable et charmant.
Pros: L'appartement est très agréable,spacieux et calme , bien situé pour se déplacer à pied et visiter les lieux touristiques essentiels : Vatican , Colisée et Villa Borghese .Large choix de restaurants dans le quartier ainsi qu'un petit supermarché à un pâté de maison. Je dois signaler et remercier la réactivité de Mattias qui nous a commandé un Taxi en urgence, le site de réservation ne fonctionnait pas .
Cons: Ce qui est dommage pour un bel appartement comme celui-ci ,c'est la propreté qui est très relative .Il nécessite un grand coup de propre .Nous avons retrouvé des moutons dans la chambre, dans la cuisine près de la table, il y a un seau d'eau noirâtre et une serpillière qui goutte.

Bel appartement et bien situé
Pros: Appartement spacieux Bien situé pour visiter Rome : - Vatican à proximité à pieds - Colisée en métro - Centre historique : 20min à pieds pour rejoindre la Piazza del Popolo Décoration soignée Climatisation appréciée en plein mois de juillet La personne qui nous a reçus a été de bons conseils pour les restaurants alentour et très compréhensive lors du check-out
Cons: La salle de bain, surtout la douche impraticable Pas assez d’eau chaude mais heureusement au vu de la chaleur que nous avons eue, une douche droite ne faisait pas de mal 😉
