Pros: Great location (close to the Vatican and the metro), a comfortable bed, and sufficient room amenities for a city trip. The manager was responsive via WhatsApp in English, and we could leave our luggage after arriving.

Cons: The main issue is the lack of on-site staff — the reception is basically unattended and communication is only via WhatsApp. At 16:00 our room was not ready at all (dirty bedding, trash, unpleasant smell), and we only got access to a properly cleaned room after several hours; the next day we met other guests waiting for their rooms to be cleaned as well. There were also maintenance/organization problems: a toilet leak, the room left messy after the repair, our towels used to wipe the floor, and no fresh towels delivered afterwards. Additionally, a fire alarm device malfunction during the night and electrical power issues the following night — with no staff present, guests had to handle things themselves.

Pros: Riccardo the manager was very helpful. He was in touch with us from the time we arrived until we left.

Pros: Great place. The owner was great with communication and very responsive to any issues. Bed and bathroom was great clean and nice. It is within walking distance to Vatican and had a metro and bus line very close by, that can get you anywhere easily.

Cons: It's not entirely fair, but if I had to mention something: Because of the temperature it was necessary to have the aircondition running at night, and it is installed right above your heads in the bed making it a bit noicy for sleeping and the display lit up the room. Which was a shame since without it, the room would be super dark, and super quiet, which is great.

Amazing room in great location, very helpful host

Pros: Room had a big and comfy bed, a beautiful bathroom, air conditioning, everything was spotless. It is really close to metro station and tram station is in front of building and with walking distance to Vatican make it really comfy for visiting Rome

Pros: This place was great! The staff were lovely and very helpful! The room was beautiful and the garden is really cute! The location is great, in a quieter leafy area but a few mins to the metro that takes you to the city centre and the attractions are also very walkable if you like walking!

Pros: I was really surprised by a personal contact with our host. Usually nobody shows us room nowadays, but Riccardo came personally, showed us a room and stayed in a contact for the whole trip.

Cons: Fridge was a little loud :)

Beautiful place to stay

Pros: Comfy bed, quiet area and close proximity to the Vatican cathedral. Very nice and new apartment, squeaky clean. We were even allowed to check in earlier due to the heat wave. Strongly recommend! Thank you for hosting us ☀️
