Pros: Amazing friendly host Easy communication with host via what’s up. All necessary facilities- air conditioner,kettle , coffee machine , water cooler, fridge , iron , hair dryer, some bathroom amenities, 3 towels per person. Rooms are silent. Very good window protection . 5 th floor, but elevator works perfectly.

Very satisfied and will definitely be returning.

Pros: I cant recommend this accommodation enough. First of all the host is super friendly, helpful and polite. It shows that the clients satisfaction is her priority. The accommodation was very clean, comfortable and spacious. We stayed there in August however temperature wasn’t an issue as the air condition is quite strong and comfortable. Will be definitely returning here when staying in rome.

Cons: Close to Vatican/Stadio Olimpico but slightly far from centre (30-45min walk which is doable in rome)

Pros: 10 mins walk to vatican. Super clean and the receptionist waited for me untill I arrived at 23:00 as my flight arrived late in Rome. Would definitely stay again should I comeback to Rome on my next pilgrimage.

Excellent location for the Vatican. Wonderful apartment.

Pros: Booked for parents for a special birthday trip. They absolutely loved this property and commented in particular on the amazing location, cleanliness and comfort and wonderful service. They would definitely return. From my end, the communication with owner was excellent. They also left them a bottle of wine in the room which was a lovely gesture.

Cons: Nothing. Everything was great.

Pros: Lovely room. Was clean and quiet and great location. Only 5 mins walk away from metro and bus stops to get to main attractions. Federica was friendly, she meet us and explain everything.

Was a lovely experience

Pros: Good travel distance from all attractions. Lovely staff very accommodating and helpful. Made sure we had everything we needed, excellent help with guidance around the area too !

Cons: Arranging taxis from the property. Book your own taxi and organise your own travel.
