Great friendly staff at a comfortable accommodation.

Pros: The staff were so friendly and helpful. The accommodation was so well suited for a big group. Beds were very comfy and the kitchen area was good to socialise together

Cons: The showers and bathrooms could do with improvement. Shower head didn’t hold up when turned on. The TV channels were not turned and many didn’t work

Pros: Great location, very close to Ottaviano and the Vatican. Gabrielle was very friendly and helpful.

Pros: Right mix, comfortable and clean with good position. Close to supermarket, Vatican and metro. Around, there are plenty locations to eat and drink. Gabriele the host is very kind and pleasant person!

Pros: The staff were super friendly and helpful, check in was very easy. The apartment is in a good location just a short walk to the Vatican and near the metro and many bus stops. The room was comfortable and spacious, loved having the balcony as well. Both the room abd bathroom was very clean. Highly reccomend!

Pros: It is a great option for traveling as a couple. The room is not big but it has everything you need. Common areas are clean, there is coffee/tea, juice, fridge and you can make your own breakfast. Very nice location, quiet, with developed infrastructure - shops, cafes, laundry. Metro 5-7 minutes on foot. Excellent accompaniment by the manager (Gabriele is the best). All questions were solved as quickly as possible. Will definitely consider this place to stay at next time

Cons: The balcony in this type of accommodation (double room basic) is extremely problematic to use - very small for two people and dirty. It looks much nicer on the photo)

Cons: Its just noisy when someone is using water in the toilet, and a very tight lift, Maybe remind guest to not cook something very smelly so the smell wont bother the other guest at night or open the windows while cooking.

Pros: Nice and quiet location close to Metro station. Shared kitchen. Flash in toilet was very noisy (I think because of water pump) To have a kettle in the room would improve the stay

Good short stay

Pros: - Good location to be. Vatican is 12 mins walk and there is a metro at 9 mins walking to take you to city center. - the area also has plenty of restaurants and supermarket option - Accessible to lot of places

Cons: - Did not help us with transfer to the airport on a timely manner leaving us in a hassled situation - Room did not match images, much smaller in reality. There’s just enough space for one person to walk.

perfect stay!!

Pros: The location of the apartment was great, a few minutes walk to the metro station Ottaviano, but also a walking distancie from the city center. The room was nice and clean and we could use a well equiped kitchen even with the coffee machine. The contact with owner was perfect - we got all the information needed in a very clean way.

Happy to stay there again.

Pros: This was a good location for our requirements. Gabriel was very helpful and it was very much appreciated.

Cons: We stayed four nights and all went well apart from plumbing noise during bathroom use.
