Very comfortable, clean and quiet property.

Pros: Lovely quiet location about a 10 minute walk from the Spanish Steps. We already knew the area so didn't have a problem finding it, If it's your first visit I would recommend checking the location on Google maps to help you locate it. Spacious property. Good shower with Ortigia toiletries. Good coffee shops and a supermarket nearby. Checked in at the parent hotel and were then driven in a little buggy to the apartment which was a couple of minutes away. We asked the hotel to book us a taxi back to the airport when we left and so that made the return trip very easy.

Cons: There was a small kitchen with limited equipment for cooking from scratch but microwave for re-heating, kettle and coffee machine and fridge. Could have done with a sharp knife for cutting/chopping and a bread knife.

Superb!

Pros: Perfect in every way. It’s around the corner from Spanish steps and yet tucked away for a perfect quiet nights sleep. In a superb location for wandering around Rome as you are amongst boutique shops, restaurants and bars. If you prefer a self catering, quieter space this accommodation is for you.

Cons: We loved everything! No negatives at all .

Home away home in Rome!

Pros: Perfect location, big room, a perfect bed and super silence

Definitely we want to come back if we travel to Rome again.

Pros: Quite place despite excellent location, two independent rooms (two floors) and service given by the hotel located near by are really the strong part of this loft.

Cons: A bit old but … clean.

Pros: Beautiful apartment in a very quite gated area. Based in a street dedicated to art. Book in at the hotel 100 meters to your left if your standing looking at gate. The accommodation was two floors, large downstairs with modern kitchen. Large double room with large unsuite. 5 mins walk from the Spanish steps. Top class. Within 30 mins to 40 mins walk from all of the amazing Roman history.

Great place to stay when visiting Rome

Pros: Location was great in one of the most charming streets of Rome. Very spacious and charming duplex. Well equipped and very calm place. We felt at home. Hotel staff also was very welcoming and nice.

Cons: Though staff was very responsive, we had some wifi issues which weren't really resolved - which is a pity as there is no good network signal in the place. Also a pity that the apartment looked out on a private parking lot and we had a big jeep just parked in front of the window - especially given the charming location. Romans and cars seems to be a love affair. But these are minor issues which didn't spoil our stay.

A lovely place for Rome vacation

Would totally recommend for location, comfort and friendly staff.

Pros: Our property was self-catering. So close to the centre of Rome with numerous restaurants, shops and attractions with walking distance. The staff at the associaed hotel was incredibly friendly and helpful. I would 100 per cent recommend.

Cons: Nothing - everything was excellent.

An excellent stay in a lovely apartment - fabulous area of Rome.

Pros: Excellent location and secure area. Spacious apartment.

Cons: Towels only changed and water replenished in the fridge every other day - we had been informed this would be daily. However this was not a problem.
