C&P Luxury Guest House Rome

Pros: The room, bathroom and shared kitchen were very clean and tidy. The balcony is great and the location is excellent with lots of transport links.

Cons: I had very noisy neighbours from the room adjacent. They would use the kitchen from very early in the morning and you can hear everything - clanking, cupboard closing, cutlery, speaking. That's the only significant drawback. The pillows were a bit uncomfortable.

Pros: The room was nice and clean. Water and coffee were offered. I could leave my luggage in the property on the last day.

Cons: Since there is nobody to hand over the keys nor to show the property, one needs several batches and electronic keys to open all the doors until you finally get to the room. So make sure your phone never runs out of battery. And keep in mind that the electronic key expires in the moment of checkout time.

Pros: The property was very clean when we arrived and stocked with complimentary water and coffee. It was in a lovely area that was accessible to the centre via public transport such as buses and tram.

Cons: The mini fridge in our room didnt really cool our drinks and leaked at the bottom so we stopped using to avoid damage to the table.

Pros: It has everything you need and easily accessible, as well as being clean, organized and presentable!

Pros: Apartment was amazing, it looks great. The personnel was really nice and helpful. Location is good - near public transport. Area is quiet, we had a pleasant stay, 10/10.

Cons: Passcode for the door is really long haha, otherwise everything was excellent.

Feels like home

Pros: As a new place without many reviews you would be cautious. But I can say the host was really helpful, we got directions to the place and overall really nice attitude. The location is near tram station, really easy access to the centre. There is a train station nearby as well. Definitely recommending it, especially when the price is also quite decent along all other accomodations in Rome.

Good location and walking distance to public transportation.

Pros: I liked the distance the property was to Trastevere Station. The room itself was comfortable as well.

Cons: I didn't know that I didn't know I was renting one room inside of a three bedroom apartment. From the listing on Booking.com, I was made to understand that I had the whole apartment for my stay, not just one room. We were comfortable, but I was a bit disappointed at finding out we didn't have the whole apartment and were sharing the space with other guests.
