Pros: Lovely room with lovely balcony :) lovely gifts from the owner . Really nice paintings featuring Rome . Very tasty vine and coffee.

Cons: Nothing ;)

Pros: The room is absolutely incredible! It has everything you need, the bed is very comfortable and Nicola is an excellent host!

Cons: As a room in an apartment, unfortunately neighbours were incredibly loud very early in the morning in some days.

Very pleasant little flat.

Pros: Very nice and clean apartment with the sunny balcony. The host stocked it up for our arrival with water, pastries, some fruits and wine which was very nice of him as we arrived quite late.

Cons: I am a very sensitive sleeper and our current home is very quiet- so my noise tolerance is very low. It wasn’t loud as in the middle of Malaga, but you could hear your neighbors tv and some conversations. - so grab a earplug if you can or if you don’t care about the small noise - you’ll be fine. The tv is massive so actually maybe grab an hdmi if you want a chilled movie night after long walks in the city

Pros: Bardzo wygodnie urządzone pokój, który zawiera wszystko co trzeba. Kontakt z właścicielem przez WhatsApp, w każdym momencie. Woda, wino, owoce, słodycze- miłe. Wejście na kody.

Cons: Bardzo cienkie ściany, w związku z tym słychać zwyczajną rozmowę z zza ściany. Przykry zapach w łazience, jakieś problem z kanalizacją, ale to wydaje sie problem całego bloku.

Muy bueno

Pros: Nos recibieron con frutas, agua y cosas dulces. Todo muy limpio y lindo.

Cons: Se ve que la pared que separa del departamento contiguo es muy fina, porque se escuchaba todo lo que hablaban, el televisor, etc. Como yo iba a estar solo una noche, no me preocupé.

Apartament bardzo ładny, czysty i zadbany. Właściciel bardzo miły, super szybki kontakt. Jedynym minusem są bardzo głośn

Cons: Okropnie głośno sąsiedzi

Excelente

Pros: Excelente hospedaje. La limpieza impecable, la cama apacible, la ducha perfecta y todo muy cómodo. La atención de Nicola fue muy agradable y correcta, estuvo presente ante cualquier consulta. Nos permitieron dejar nuestro equipaje mientras esperamos e incluso nos dieron antes la habitación. Puede ser un poco caluroso por la noche, pero dejando la ventana abierta se soluciona. Si bien está un poco lejos del centro, el tranvía curcula a 150mts y te lleva directo a Plaza Venezia y Trastevere.

Pros: La habitación tiene todas las cosas necesarias, estaba limpia y la cama es muy cómoda. La ubicación es buena, ya que la estación trastevere esta cerca y hay una parada de bus (la cual usábamos para llegar a Roma central) a 6 min caminando. Además, tiene en frente un supermercado y hay bastantes más al rededor. Nick es muy atento por si necesitas cualquier cosa.

Pros: De kamer is netjes, schoon en heeft alles wat je nodig hebt. De host is vriendelijk en reageert snel!

Cons: Alles was goed.

Pros: Nicola muy amable y atento a todos los detalles. Siempre a disposición para lo que necesitemos. El departamento muy cómodo y limpio.

Cons: El tiempo que nos tomaba llegar al centro era de 30/40 minutos en colectivo; pero también estaba la opción de ferry.
