Easy Apartment

Pros: The apartment is spacious, clean, and has everything you need. The owner is kind and helpful. I highly recommend it. 😊

Pros: The host is very nice. The place is neat and clean. There are charging USB cables available next to each bed. Netflix is available. Direct bus to the tourist attraction point the collessium.

Cons: It's a pity that the oven is not available, so that we need to use the stove to reheat the pizza.

Pros: Excellent 3 day vacation in rome. Maurizio, thank you for everything.

Well prepared apartman with very kind owner, good price/value

Pros: Very supportive owner, comfortable, nicely prepared apartment, equipped with really everything. Although it is not in the center, a few minutes walk from the subway, and then you are quickly at whereever you want. Shop, bar, pub is within 2-3 minutes. We enjoyed being here 3 nights.

Pros: The apartment is well located, close to a metro station and bus, it's easy to access every other places in Rome. Maurizio is an amazing host

Pros: Nice apartment, with easy commuting to almost all the most visited tourist places. 5 mins walk to subway line (A) and bus stop. During my stay we used only public transport. Apartment is quite small but cozy with small balcony, all needed equipment is there, but wash machine will not be for free. On the 1st day of the arrival we got some snacks also there was coffee and tea, that was cool! All needed kitchen utilities u may find there. District looked safe, there are some shops and supermarkets, also some local bars. The host was very nice and friendly, answered all our questions and gave suggestions. I would recommend this appartment

Pros: Very convenient location - not right in the centre but not too far, and also very close to bus stops and a metro station. We used public transport exclusively to reach the apartment from the airport, get to every sight we wanted to visit and back to the apartment, and then go to the airport in the end. Had absolutely no problems. The apartment is small but has everything you need for a family of 4. Very well equipped kitchen, comfortable beds, clean, all amenities we needed. Our host, Maurizio, was very friendly and accommodating. Thank you! One very small note - there is a washing machine but you need to use it during the day only, which limits your options a bit since we were out during that time. Will definitely come back next time we are in Rome. Excellent apartment, kind host, and great value for money.

Very pleasant stay at Rome

Pros: The owner was very kind and friendly. He gave us all the instructions for Rome. The apartment very value for money and had all we needed for a good breakfast. The bathroom was also fully equipped. Maurizio thank you for all.

Cons: The only negative was the noise from the above apartment. But of course the owner isn't responsible for this.
