Pros: Lovely little apartment in quiet area. Close to supermarkets & metro. Air con in bedroom.

Very helpful host and nice accomodation a couple of miles from the centre of Rome.

Pros: Great location for the Caffarella Parkrun. This parkrun event was very friendly and welcoming to tourists. Close to the metro and only a few stops into the centre. Supermarkets, restaurants and take-aways nearby with a list of the owners recommendations in property. Bunk bed was suitable for full grown teenagers. Owner responded quickly to any queries. Apartment was fully equipped and clean. Nice supply of refreshments on arrival.

Cons: Was quite small for 4 people but was adequate. Microwave was on top of fridge-freezer due to lack of space. Would need to be lifted down to be used. Not obvious how to pay the accomodation tourist tax and the web link, which was long, needing to be manually typed in, didn't work. However we messaged the owner and it was sorted.

100% recommend, great host, cozy equipped flat.

Pros: Super nice owner, very helpful, list of nice restaurants was prepared, there were issues with public transportation, she informed us ahead, once she saw that on the news. Flat is fully equipped, everything you need is there. Good location, around 10minutes to metro, which takes you to most of attractions.

Cons: Nothing, it was great.

Très bien

Pros: Très bon emplacement proche du métro, appartement propre et bien équipé. Silvia est très arrangeante puisque notre vol avait 2h de retard et cela n'a posé aucun problème. Nous avons passé trois jours parfaits à Rome.

Cons: C'était parfait, on a juste eu du mal à trouver les poêles 😉

Parfait

Pros: Tout ! L’appartement est comme sur les photos, agréable, calme, très propre, joliment décoré et la literie est très bien ! Il est situé à 5 min à pied de la ligne À du métro, idéal pour se déplacer dans Rome! Le quartier est calme et avec des commerces top à proximité (Carrefour, pizza, bar…) et le parc Cafarella. Silvia est très gentille et très disponible, merci encore ! Je n’ai qu’une hâte : revenir !

Davvero molto carino!

Pros: Appartamento molto carino, pulito e nuovo. L’host Silvia è stata sin da subito anche nei giorni prima dell’arrivo molto molto disponibile e reperibile per tutte le informazioni necessarie. Casa piccolina ma con tutto il necessario, nei dintorni c’è tutto lo stretto necessario.

Pros: Czyste, komfortowe mieszkanie, dobrze wyposażone, usytuowane w spokojnej okolicy. W pobliżu mnóstwo małych sklepów. Dogodne połączenia zarówno do centrum Rzymu [autobusy, metro], jak i z lotniska Rzym-Fiumicino [Trenitalia]. Świetny kontakt z właścicielką mieszkania, która służy pomocą. Jeśli wrócę na weekend do Rzymu, ponownie skorzystam z obiektu Casa Latina. Grazie mille!
