Pros: Room was. nice and clean, public transport is close. We really enjoyed our visit to Rome. The host, Fabio, was very kind.

Strongly recommend

Pros: The modern unit was very clean and comfortable. The property is very secure and the bus 50 meters and tram 300 meters away. Supermarket and other shops all close by. I think it was good value for money. The host Fabio was extremely polite and contactable.

Cons: I would have given a score of 10 except for a few things that need attention. Bad water pressure, broken shower door, kitchen tap broken, no easy chair in room. But none of these stopped me enjoying the room.

Pros: the apartment is really nice, really spacy and includes everything needed. There's a tram station 1 block away and a bus station even closer. The owner is really nice 🙂

In Rome two night stay

Pros: Cleanliness of the room and the quick response of our host.

Cons: The road was a little noisy but not stayed anywhere in the city yet that didn't have traffic going on most of the time.

Very nice place to stay

Pros: The location was accessible in a nice neighbourhood. It was very clean and comfortable and the host was friendly and helpful. It was great that we could be accommodated well before our check in time.

Cons: I felt we were rushed on our last day. Check out was 11am, I was only given about 5 minutes to finish my breakfast. Ended up leaving around 10:30 am instead. A prior notification/message would have been helpful so we could prepare in advance.

Quiet neighbourhood

Pros: The room is large. The neighborhood is quiet. Train and buses are just a few minutes walk from the apartment.

Cons: Though located in Trastevere, the apartment is a bit out of the place as it is not in the tourist center.

Amplio y cómodo. La pasamos genial

Pros: Habitación amplia y cómoda. Tenía cocina y lugar para comer por si non queríamos salir a comer afuera

Cons: En realidad todo estuvo excelente, salvo puntos a mejorar como el colchón que era un poco finito 😂, faltaba una de las puertitas de la ducha y salía algo de agua (nada grave). Por otro lado Google mapa nos mandaba por estación trastevere que era un poco feo sobre todo de noche, mejor volver del centro y bajar en gianicolense/porta Bianca y a 5 min está el alojamiento. Para unos pocos días está muy bien

Pros: La camera era confortevole, letto ok, armadi capienti, servizi igienici buoni

Cons: Il riscaldamento della stanza era molto rumoroso: l'acqua di circolazione nei radiatori disturbava molto. Abbiamo dovuto spegnerli per poter dormire. Basterebbe (magari con un banale intervento di un idraulico) riempire completamente l'impianto. Inoltre abbiamo notato una incuria generalizzata (che fortunatamente non ha compromesso il comfort generale): lo scopino del bagno completamente arrugginito, un armadio in cucina con le ante rotte, l'unica pentola senza manici, la caffettiera senza manico e vecchia, l'unica padella presente inutile perchè non \
