Amazing, comfy and clean accomodation.
Pros: This accomdation was one of the best I've ever stayed in. Paolo was so nice and helpfu. Accomodation was amazing - there is everything you need. The net was so comfy and cool :) everything was cleane, fully equiped. Nice garden, two bedrooms, one big table for the whole group, two fridges... amazing! Outside were a lot of mosquitos, but the accomodation was ready there was the blue lamp for killing those biting bitches :)

Pros: The owner Paolo is very helpful. He responds very quickly to messages and is always there for you. The coffee machine did not work properly and a new one was installed the same day. The house is very nice and cozy, the garden is very lovely. The location is also good. The big supermarket was close by (5 minutes walk) and the metro was also nearby, only15 minutes walk as indicated in the description.
Cons: We had more problems with mosquitoes inside the house than outside. Can be solved by a mosquito net or anti-mosquito spray or devices against mosquitoes (we had that with us).

Pros: Very nice cosy little bungalow, a bit far from the centre but in a nice area and not too far from the Metro with also a bus stop a few steps away. Very helpful contact and very thorough cleaning personnel. Lovely small garden with seats, separate kitchenette, washing machine next door and all the Mediterranean plants and fruits you could want growing in your garden
Cons: The space is maybe a bit tight in the kitchenette in the main bungalow, in the adjacent bathroom as well as up the stairs to the first floor, and if you are many people in the small space where two beds are hidden away. If you are many visitors, it's possible the hot water will run out after several showers near the same time

Good value for the money!
Pros: Great location, with all facilities available inside and in the garden, close (15 min walking) to the metro.
Cons: Were rainy and chilly days and we use air conditioner for warming.

A pleasant Place for a short stay!
Pros: Paolo was prompt in responding to questions that we may have, and offered suggestions. He was also accommodating of our need to enter the house earlier than the check-in time. The proximity to cafes and a Carrefour grocery store nearby. There is one master bedroom which is spacious and cosy with a private bathroom. The second master bed is in the attic, and the stairs were kinda narrow to carry a large suitcase up. But manageable. Comfortable Queen-size bed. Overall, it was a nice place for a short stay.
Cons: The Air conditioners work, but are not able to cool off the rooms properly.

Excellent value and fantastic host
Pros: It was a nice place. A bit outdated but I kind of expected that as Rome is an older city and that's part of the appeal. I do think they should provide kitchen towels. There wasn't anything to dry hands on and I didn't want to use the bathroom hand towels. The beds are so comfy and the linens smell so good. Paolo helped with any issue we had. He's an amazing human. We would definitely stay again.
