Perfect place for a group of friends on a long weekend gateaway in Rome.

Pros: Great place, nice terrace, perfect for group to hang around. Host responsive, willing to help.

Cons: Check in and check out times were not in their mentioned time frame but they did offer support, so it was okish in the end.

Pros: Great and well-kept property, had everything we needed, in a quiet area, premium and local, lots of good restaurants and a supermarket nearby. Amazing backyard!

If you travel with a group of friends or a big family and want to stay together - this place is for

Pros: We enjoyed Villa Chiara a lot. It was perfect for 7 of us. Each room, with big windows and lots of natural light, has a TV set, AC and bathroom. Spacious common area on the ground floor has a fully equipped kitchen, bathroom and a living room - a place to sit, have wine and talk. (Didn't use the terrazze, it was to hot, but it was available). Villa is located in a quiet neighborhood of the residential area, surrounded (5 minutes walk) by good places to eat and easy access to transportation. To Uber to the center of Rome takes 10 minutes and, if you wish to walk - about 30. The team - Maria, Eduardo - was very responsive to anything we asked of them. One day we had an issue with hot water, they immediately sent a specialist, so by the time we came back to the house everything was fixed and worked fine.
