Bit out of the date but good for stay and close to everything
Pros: The host was great and very welcome. The place itself is with a historical touch and with great aura. Away from everyone but at the same time, in the middle of everything
Cons: It's really out of date. Facilities did not work as it should Feeble shower with barely hot water. Some lights did not work at all. The kitchen is not usable at all.

Excellent location, within walking distance of sights and restaurants. Good transport facilities.
Pros: Location was perfect. Within walking distance to some of the sights and the metro for those further away. Metro very cheap and easy to understand, with stops very close to the main sights. Close to small supermarket for supplies and several restaurants also within walking distance. Small pool was a bonus and added another dimension to the holiday. Lovely terraces and large television/lounge space.
Cons: Fourth bedroom outside the Villa separate from main building. Was a little damp and gloomy as no window, but door had glass panels. We were a family group so would have been nicer if we had all been together. Not up to the same standard as the other rooms in the villa.

Pros: A big, clean villa with a great terrace and a pool! Really good for a big family or a large group of friends. Lots of space, private parking, fully equipped kitchen. Vittorio was extremely nice and welcoming, also available 24hours a day to help with any enquiries.

Incredible place within walking distance to everything.
Pros: The villa is in a perfect location within Rome. It is just a few minutes from the nearest metro stop, and it is located just down the street from the circus maximus. The rooftop terrace is a lovely place to hang out and get some sun. The great room is beautifully decorated and the furniture throughout the villa is very comfortable! Vittorio is incredibly responsive and is a very friendly person to deal with.

Pros: Вигідне місце розташування. До Колізею пішки близько 10 хвилин. З тераси на даху вілли відкриваються чудові види, тут же є басейн, шезлонги столики і все необхідне для релаксу. Ми дуже вдячні господарям вілли за чуйне відношення до нас. Нас заселили набагато раніше заявленого часу без проблем. У дворі є місце для автомобіля.

Pros: A quelques pas du Colisée et du Circus Maximus, cette magnifique Villa est l'endroit idéal pour passer un séjour à Rome. L'endroit est magnifique , accueillant et confortable. Tout y est , et plus encore! Une mention spéciale pour notre hôte, Vittorio , qui s'est montré très gentil, serviable et efficace lans la réponse à nos questions! GRAZIE VITTORIO!
Cons: Un service de petit déjeuner pourrait être , peut-être , proposé.

Wenn wir mal wieder nach Rom kommen, dann gern wieder in diese Unterkunft.
Pros: Die Lage der Villa ist perfekt, das Kolosseum fußläufig erreichbar. Der Pool auf der Terrasse war nach der Stadtbesichtigung Luxus pur. Die Einrichtung und Bepflanzung vermitteln mediterranes Urlaubsfeeling. Schlüsselübergabe und Kontakt angenehm und professionell.
Cons: Alles war super.
