JOIVY Exclusive 2-Bedroom Villa with Private Garden - 5 minutes from the Colosseum

Great location,

Pros: The location was great, it was very spacious for a central location and was very easy to find. We were first guests to the new managing organization so there were some bumps on the road - but they greeted us with prosecco for apology.

Cons: There was coffee, but no coffee maker. Also, the restaurant back yard is right next to the accommodation backyard, so at night when they were closing it was very very noisy with glass breaking sounds and people yelling at each other. It was difficult to get some good sleep.

Pleasant stay , great location and facilities.

Pros: Great location, only a few minutes to Colosseum which enabled us to walk there after diner to see the night view. Property has good air conditioning systems which makes summer stay very pleasant. Staff response to messages promptly.

Cons: 4pm check in time is a bit late compared to with all my experiences with other accomodations in Europe.

Perfect house for our family in perfect location

Pros: Lovely little oasis in centre of Rome. Everything we needed and Mathilde was always on hand and helpful and accommodating.

Pros: Whoever has ever been to the Eternal City either fell in love with it or hated it. If you fell in love, this is the spot where you and your friends or family should stay. Perfect for reaching everywhere, perfect for showing your friends the most important landmarks of Rome. The team managing this place is amazing. Reliable and always on time with everything. Always ready to help, always full of kindness :) Highly recommended!

Unforgettable and decadent!

Pros: Amazing location and plenty of room for our family! After leaving boutique hotel in Paris, this was the second leg of our unforgettable family vacation but we needed more room after being in such tight quarters in Paris. This place had plenty of room and just what we needed! The only drawback is the restaurant next door can be sometimes loud but honestly after doing all the sights and the exhaustion each day.. we slept fine. Tons of restaurants nearby and although influencers will say how restaurants at close to tourist spots are not as good, we got exceptional iced coffees from the snack shop nearby.. (yes for us Americans) and the breakfast at the corner restaurant on left side was fabulous. Would highly recommend this stay!

Cons: Right next to a restaurant, no washing machine to wash clothes.

Pros: Excellent location, oasis of tranquility steps from the bustling city streets, nice courtyard, close to restaurants and a few steps from ancient Rome. Owner cooperative and understanding, let us store our bags in the property after checking out so we could enjoy our last day in Rome. 👍

Perfeita - excelente opção para se hospedar em Roma.

Pros: Muito próximo as atrações do centro o que facilitou, principalmente no verão Italiano, saídas inicio da manhã com retorno (nos dias que a programação permitia) no período mais quente e nova saída final da tarde o que nos foi primordial para aproveitar bem nossa estadia em Roma. Havia oleo, açúcar, sal, esponja e sabonete pra lavar pratos. Não há lava-louças nem há lava roupas mas estava descrito no que o apartamento disponibilizava portanto não considero ponto negativo. Lençóis de cama e travesseiro de boa qualidade.

Cons: Poderia ter uma cafeteira tipo Italiana ou uma convencional. Infelizmente só tinha uma máquina de nespresso.
