Just 200 metres from the Quirinale Presidential Palace, the Spalletti Trivelli is set in a historical villa. It offers a spa, a peaceful garden, and luxurious rooms decorated in a mix of modern and traditional styles. Rooms and suites at the Villa Spalletti Trivelli have elegant antique and contemporary furnishings. Each comes with a seating area or separate lounge, a satellite LCD TV, and soft bathrobes and slippers in the private bathroom. An Italian breakfast also including an American buffet with freshly prepared savoury dishes is provided daily, served on the shaded garden terrace in fine weather. Important notice: Villa Spalletti Trivelli is located in a limited traffic zone, and to avoid incurring a fine, non-residents must have a morning ZTL permit (if entry to the historic center occurs before 2:00 p.m.) or afternoon (if entry occurs after 2:00 p.m.). The Villa has a limited number of ZTL accesses per day, therefore we kindly ask our Guests to inform us of their arrival time so that we can check the availability of such accesses.

Beautiful location, grand villa

Pros: Villa Spalletti was located in close proximity and walking distance to most major attractions and fine dining. The villa was an absolutely stunning example of the beauty of Rome. The staff were attentive and courteous and went out of their way to assist you. The room was cleaned daily with fresh towels and was always spotless.

Cons: Unfortunately the bed was extremely hard for my liking despite a topper being applied at request. We stayed in the Romantic Room with two windows - one facing the park, the other a side street. The windows were not soundproofed and as such it was noisy every night. We could also hear footsteps and talking from the room above which woke us on several occasions.

Live like Italian Royalty !

Pros: Wow -if you want to live like Italian Royalty this place is for you .we just lived it .cant do it any better if wanting uber luxury in Rome . We initially booked the Regis but heard this was better -and it was !

Pros: We stayed for a couple of nights for our honeymoon and had an incredible time. The hotel is gorgeous and the staff were all friendly and welcoming, we loved the spa & rooftop hot tubs too - an amazing oasis in the middle of Rome and perfect to relax in after a day exploring. We loved the honesty bar & complementary touches in the room, and having breakfast in the beautiful gardens.

Amazing, unique Villa

Pros: Amazing ambience, unique atmosphere, perfect location. Beautiful smell of jasmine from the garden! It was my third time in this Villa- My favourite place to stay in Rome!

Exceptional stay in Rome close to everything.

Pros: The whole experience was six stars. My room was decorated in quality antiques with a deep bath, separate shower and double vanity in the marble bathroom. Blissful! The option to eat in the shady, jasmine covered garden or the plush dining room and to sit in one of the comfortable sitting rooms before and after dining was a very pleasant experience, especially after the hustle and bustle of the very crowded Rome tourist spots. The staff were exceptional… professional, helpful and knowledgeable about Rome and they all go the extra mile to ensure that guests feel welcomed and cared for during their stay. Very highly recommend.

Cons: I really couldn’t fault my experience at the Villa.

We had a perfect stay at the Villa Spalletti. Everything exceeded our expectations

Pros: Villa Spalletti was perfect. The location was central to most landmarks. The staff and cleanliness of the Villa was exceptional and we loved sitting and relaxing in the afternoon on the rooftop terrace. The breakfast was exceptional and we sat in the beautiful garden to eat rather than the dining room.

Pros: It is a stunning villa with great history, beautifully decorated with amazing antiques, paintings & furniture. It’s a haven away from the crowds of Rome but within walking distance of the Trevi fountain . We will be back 👍
