Definitely Recommend

Pros: I couldn't of picked a better place to stay for my first time to Rome. Giovanni was so wonderful as a host he even gave me a history lesson whilst booking in 😊

Nice small boutique hotel in the center

Pros: The small boutique hotel run by Giovanni is very conveniently located, within walking distance of the main tourist attractions, with several bus stops right next to the hotel. Giovanni was incredibly kind and helped us to choose local restaurants. The rooms are cleaned every day. I would happily go back.

Cons: Please note that the rooms are located on the first floor without an elevator. If you have physical limitations, you will have to carry your suitcase up the stairs.

Sweet Dreams Roma. A GREAT PLACE TO STAY

Pros: A gem of a place stay! Would recommend and would return! The owner was fantastic, providing us with a paper map (which us two dinosaurs as far as navigating with phones needed) and provided us with information about Rome so we could make the most of our time as soon as we arrived. Perfect location for walking to the Colleseum Trevi and the Vatican. Nothing was too much trouble. The owner and his wife even provided mobile numbers for any questions/help needed as they are not always on site. Our room was comfortable and clean and perfect for our stay. ( The photo is the door to enter the building before going up 2 small flights of marble stairs) THANK YOU!!!

Pros: The staff was very friendly and the location was amazing. We could go everywhere around the city with a one year old baby

Pros: Sweet Dreams Roma was a wonderful place to stay in a great location. Very friendly people at the desk. Room was fine, small but as expected. Pictures all accurate. I think there was others staying there during the same time but we genuinely didn't hear them from inside our room. Loved the hustle and bustle outside the window, some might not. Overall, thank you very much for a pleasant first stay in Rome!

Cons: The only thing I didn't like, and it wasn't a huge deal, was the lack of shampoo/conditioner... there was a hand pump in the shower that purely smelled of hand soap. Not even worth complaining about! Great spot.

Pros: Nice spacious room in a good location, away from the crowds but within walking distance to the major sights. They also kept our luggage free of charge on the day of departure since our flight was in the evening.

Amazing!!

Pros: We loved our stay, the room was perfect, and the location amazing, just a short walk to colosseum and many other attractions. Our host Giovanni was super helpful and gave us so many great recommendations. We highly recommend staying here and would book again if we return to Rome in the future.

Pros: Giovani is the best! Very organized, good apartment, nice feeling of being welcomed in Rome - and super location for Rome adventures!

A beautiful stay in Rome!

Pros: We loved our stay here. The proximity to everything was great! It was clean and the hosts were so welcoming at check in. The aircon was fantastic, bathroom clean and room spacious with shutters to make sure we could sleep in :)

Cons: Our only issue with the room was the sound of what we assume was the water tank(?) refilling when you shower or flush the toilet etc. unfortunately it is really loud and happens in the night :(
