We enjoyed our stay despite what has been documented above.

Pros: Location fantastic, view over the Forum fascinating. WHAT DIDN'T YOU LIKE / PLEASE READ THE COMMENTS BELOW ( too much text for the lower box ) However 270 Euros were taken from 2 separate places in our room on Sunday 1st March between 1100-1500 hrs. As there was no safe provided & we did not wish to carry extra money on our persons, we left the excess in what we considered safe places. Please note that only the Euros were taken, not the 220 pounds in Sterling, which was in the same wallet. The owner was informed, but sprang to the defence of his staff, whom he said were vetted & trustworthy. We have no proof but are equally adamant that the money was taken. We feel this needs to be recorded with you as the Booking Agent & we would value your feedback. We had a wonderful time despite this, but it left a sour taste as we have no resolution.

Cons: PLEASE READ THE COMMENTS ABOVE Also the offsite breakfast was unacceptable, thanks for the reimbursement of the vouchers.

Pros: Near to all the must-see places of the ancient Rome. Clean and quite. Nice breakfast offered near to the hotel . Gentle owner and personnel. The building of the hotel is very old but well preserved, with all the facilities. The view from our window was wonderful.

Pros: The hotel was very nice and the family was very friendly. The hotel's roof terrace had a great view of the city. The breakfast selection at the nearby restaurant was excellent. We also liked the pottery workshop next to the hotel :)

Pros: Excellent location. Has a roof terrace to die for. The owner was kind and helpful and made some excellent suggestions re walking routes and places to eat.

Views on views

Pros: THE MOST BEAUTIFUL VIEW!!! My family and I had an amazing stay with Rome at our fingertips. The staff were very welcoming and the guest house felt very safe and tucked away. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

Would recommend to everyone visiting Rome!

Pros: The hotel was great, staff extremely friendly and instructions clear when we arrived after the reception had closed. Location was a walking distance to Colosseum and Trevi and also nice restaurants near by! Breakfast was organized by a restaurant next to the hotel, which also turned out to be great and the staff were helpful and friendly there as well.

Cons: If anything to improve, it would be nice to be able to change the temperature of the AC if needed. This being said, during the time of our stay we didn't have any complaints about the temperature!
