Accommodation in a great location

Pros: Everything was fine. Breakfast was adequate and very pleasantly delivered to the room.

Cons: Everything could be heard in the room from the hallway.

We would happily stay there again when next in Rome.

Pros: Excellent location. The room was very comfortable, with almost daily change of towels and the (comfortable) bed made up. During our one week stay the staff were unfailingly pleasant and helpful - even carrying two suitcases up three flights of stairs for us. Cons: Well, being on the third floor with the lift use restricted to permanent residents would have been a challenge if we did not have help carrying up our suitcases (we are in our seventies). But when in Rome do as the Romans and coping with staircases has been a fact of Roman life since ancient times! However, this is not a place for anyone unable to climb three flight of stairs. We did miss having a common breakfast room where you can meet other guests and vary your breakfast. Breakfast orders are taken the day before and served on a tray in your room. We can't complain about the breakfasts - they were very tasty with a wide variety of toast, yoghurt, jam, Nutella, cakes and tea or coffee. But after seven days this became somewhat boring: a bowl of cereal would have been welcome! One practical point: the bathroom washbasin does not have a plug - something previous reviewers have mentioned. We've often found this in European hotels and bought a universal basin plug on Amazon before we left home.

Pros: Clean, convenient location, very friendly staff, breakfast included.

Cons: No lift

Pros: A good place, in a very intersting part of Rome, near the Colosseum and the Forum. I can recommend it.

Pros: location. excellent, staff very friendly. Breakfast delicious.

Cons: Miscommunication about how to get into Imperial Relais. We hadn't received the information via email or message from Booking.com. Once we were able to contact owner (number at door is wrong) we were given the instructions. The information on booking said checkin was available to 1130pm but the staff left much earlier No elevator for moving luggage up the many stairs

Nice little gem

Pros: Location is superb for sightseeing and easy to find as it's opposite the Ice Bar. Literally a few minutes from the Coleseum and the Forum while the nearest bars and restaurants are literally on your doorstep. We had an apartment room which is well furnished and quiet on an evening. It has a small kitchenette and then a main room with two beds, storage and a TV. The bathroom was well equipped with everything you require and was exceptionally clean.

Family city break

Pros: The accommodation was clean and well-maintained, with daily housekeeping ensuring everything was perfect. We loved the breakfast service—delivered to our room every morning at the exact time we requested. The staff was incredibly kind and helpful, making the check-in process smooth and hassle-free. On top of that, the location was fantastic, allowing us to easily explore the city’s main attractions. We highly recommend this place and would love to stay here again!

Great location

Pros: Overall it was good value for money. Staff who helped us with check in was super friendly. Room was nice and clean. Bathroom was clean as well ( no water clogging as other reviews say) Breakfast was served in the room at a time that was communicated the day before - variety of options and nice coffee. Great location as it was close to everything. Bus stop very close-by that goes to termini station

Cons: It would be nicer if the breakfast available little early (currently available from 8am) for early birds but this was very minor. Overall, it was a great experience.

Pros: Location of tye hotel was brilliant, just a short walk away from the coliseum.

Pros: The location was great for a family with a kid also was quiet and peaceful

Cons: Only thing was in the building was an elevator but it was locked all the time and we didn’t have the key.luckily we didn’t have huge luggage
