Great location & lovely host

Pros: Really lovely apartment and great value for money. The location is really good - near the forum and the Colosseum, but also near nice bars and restaurants. The area felt safe and the apartments are on the first floor so the building felt nice and secure. The room had everything we needed - a safe, fridge, aircon, hairdryer and TV. Antonella is such a lovely and attentive host and the breakfast delivered to the room each day was great. She even helped us with luggage storage and organising taxis too. Thank you!!!

Pros: It is very central which makes it easy to reach all the famous spots in rome. The host is very sweet and warm. Everything is as described, the rooms are clean and comfortable. I would recommend this to anyone travelling alone or with company.

Pros: This was a perfect place to stay with a partner for a few days. The room was the perfect size for what we needed. Antonella was so lovely and helped us check in and out at the time we needed. The breakfast was amazing and at the perfect time for then going out for the day.

Cons: If you have trouble sleeping with noise it was a little loud outside but I always sleep with earplugs and couldn’t hear anything with them and didn’t affect my sleep at all.

Pros: We were completely satisfied. Perfect location, even better hosts, good communication, very pleasant staff. Delicius and rich breakfast, exceptionally clean, and the room smelled very fresh. Regular towel and sheet changes. There is a hairdrayer in the bathroom, coffee maker in the room, TV with streaming services, so you can watch a movie in you language. The Colosseum is literally around the corner, and there are countless good restaurants and bars in the area. This stay made our vacation even more enjoyable.

Cons: The street is noisier, mainly in the evening, but that is to be expected given the location.

Pros: The hosts are awesome! Antonella was so kind to us on our checkin and also when offering us our daily breakfast. We felt very welcomed, thank you! Tiziana answered fast every time we needed to confirm something before and during our stay. The room was exactly like the photos, the hotel is absolutely well located, super near the Colosseum (we walked there every day), with lots of restaurants nearby, close to the the metro station and safe. The italian sweet breakfast was well served and a good way to start the day. The bathroom had hot water and the towels were exchanged every two days, which made us very comfortable. All was clean. The TV worked well with Netflix and the WiFi was ok. There is also free coffee and an expresso machine. There is no 24h reception as they let you know from the beginning, but we could leave our bags before the checkin and after the checkout and agreed the hour to pick them up - all worked perfectly.

Cons: Although it was definitely not a problem to us, it is worth the warning: there are several bars and restaurants at the hotel street and therefore it can be very noisy in the evening. There is a garbage truck that seems to collect bottles everyday and we can hear it all. But the windows seems to have some noise cancelling and we had a very good sleep in the comfortable bed and didn’t worry about the noise at all.

Comfortable and stress free stay in the heart of Rome

Pros: We loved our stay at Colosseo Relais. The location couldn’t be more perfect - an easy walk from the train station and literally five minutes from the Colosseum. The host Antonella was so kind and made us feel right at home. Breakfast delivered right to our rooms made us feel like VIPs. Our room was beautifully decorated and had the most comfortable bed we slept in on our trip around Europe, along with lots of thoughtful ammenities.

Pros: Great location, close to main attractions. Antonella is so helpful and very friendly.
