A great welcoming stay in Rome. So reasonable, clean, fresh and nicely designed.
Pros: A great place to stay. A great location. Easy for the metro, and a nice walk to Vatican City. The brother owners were so friendly and helpful. The room was simple and perfectly designed. Incredibly clean and fresh.
Cons: Breakfast was chosen from a menu and delivered our room. We would always prefer a buffet breakfast not in our room if possible but it was still lovely and only a little thing that would be our preference.

Pros: The best experience I had in a long time. Everything is clean and modern. The Host is super friendly and helpful. When we arrived at The airport I immediatly recieved a messege from Giovanni if we alright, do we need a ride and ect. Also he is very helpful, you can message him ask for restaurant recommendations, he even offered to make reservation for us. Taking everything into consideration room is perfect, host is wonderful, breakfast is italian pastry ir super fresh. One of the best experiences I had in Europe in general.

A wonderful stay with welcoming staff, a smooth check-in, and beautifully designed, comfortable room
Pros: Valerio and the staff are super nice, the check-in process is very smooth, and the rooms are clean, spacious, and beautifully furnished with great taste. We really enjoyed our stay and I will definitely book again next time I’m in Rome.

Pros: Definitely 10/10! Love the neighbourhood - it’s cozy, peaceful and very safe. The location is very convenient, only 15 mins to Vatican city and 5mins to metro which you can get to Terminal and other side within 20mins. Supermarket, laundry and restaurants all within 10mins walk. The room was nice and clean and you can find everything you need. Kudos to Valerio and team for the wonderful stay!

Pros: I had a wonderful stay at Hotel Relais. As someone with allergies and celiac disease, traveling usually comes with a lot of restrictions and risks since I can’t always trust the food. But Valerio and the entire hotel staff went above and beyond to make sure I had a delicious gluten-free breakfast — even with freshly baked croissants! I was truly impressed by their effort and care. The location of the hotel is perfect, and at the moment there’s even a convenient shuttle in the neighborhood that takes you directly to the airport, so there’s no need to go to the main train station first — absolutely brilliant! Thank you so much for all your efforts — I will definitely be back!

A restful, comfortable and excellent stay in Rome.
Pros: The apartment was perfect for our stay in Rome, very comfortable and well appointed. The staff went above and beyond to make a great stay and even dropped off a bottle of bubbles for my birthday. The breakfast was lovely too.

Pros: I can’t speak highly enough about Atel Relais! The place is super clean, and very comfortable. Valerio and the staff made us feel so welcome from the moment we arrived. Valerio, in particular, went above and beyond—always helpful, nothing was ever too much trouble, and he even assisted us with arranging transport, which made our stay so much easier. Truly outstanding hospitality. We will definitely be returning!

Clean, comfortable, convenient with very nice staff, highly recommend!
Pros: The location is amazing, easily walkable to all monuments and well connected with public transportation. The room was great, very clean, modern and comfortable. The staff was very nice, and helpful and they even bring breakfast to your room. No notes, it was the perfect stay.
Cons: No complaints whatsoever.

Pros: August 18 - 25, 2025 First of all we would like to thank Matteo, Valerio and stuff, as they are really wonderful, kind and helpful people. The room was very comfortable, clean, great amenities, everything was awesome. Breakfast was fantastic. Location perfect and quite and easily to reach city center. We'd definately recommend Atel Rrelais Hotel. We are looking forward seeing everybody again 🥰 Nitsa Michael and Constantinos
