Comfy, warm and welcoming

Pros: Very welcoming staff/owner. Gave us information about what to see, where to eat or go shopping. Location is about 15min walk from Vatican which was perfect for us, the neighborhood was safe, business building across from the accommodation, not very trafficky street. Comfy beds and warm room after our long day walks were perfect. We liked it very much and would come again for sure :)

Perfect location, stunning big rooms, very clean, and great hosts

Pros: It was my second trip to Rome and i chose Nik again. Love the rooms, big, and awesome location. The staff/manager went out of his way to make our stay comfortable. And he surely did. Very helpfull in all aspects. Highly recommended.

Pros: I loved the room, the elevator was amazing...the porter had good music playing so ur dancing down the stairs singing...what a great way to start your day! Vahid was so helpful and all around great host. He personally bought me breakfast on my last day. There is a mini Bistro across the street.... Johnathan the owner and the chef made me feel welcomed so I was there almost everyday for dinner and great desserts. The Bistro is a must go to place while your stay at this gorgeous building....all marble everywhere...lived it! I honestly didn't want to leave, cancel Paris and Edinburgh and stay there but I had to go unfortunately. This will be my annual vacation spot for sure. This place was the highlight of my 3 week vacation to Europe, I hope you go and enjoy the hospitality and choice of restaurants and attractions Vahid will send you on WhatsApp. You are guaranteed a great time if you choose to stay here. Cons: There was a smell in the bathroom but I took it as it's a centuries old building...nothing so bad where I would not stay at again and again

Very nice rooms in a quiet, less touristy area, at a great location. The owner is helpful and kind.

Pros: Clean and well-equipped rooms, a lot of space in a good area for a reasonable price. The owner was helpful in advising us around the area and flexible with our requests. Highly recommended!

Amazing stay!

Pros: The flat was renovated and very clean. Vahid and Mohammad was very kind, friendly and helpful- checking if everything is ok.. we felt at home! They even upgraded our room, was such a nice surprise! Room had fridge, TV, hair dryer.. There are restaurants and supermarkets 2 mins on foot! Vahid gives detail info for playing around Rome! Definitely recommended! Thanks guys!

Pros: The accommodation is within walking distances to all the main sights, with tonnes of places locally to eat too. The room was really clean, and the owner and staff were a pure pleasure to deal with throughout the trip.

Wonderful place

Pros: The hostel is located in a beautiful old building. Many nice restaurants in the neighborhood and metro is close so it’s easy to travel around the city(although the metro system itself is a bit confusing if you’re not used to it). They guys who own this hotel are really fantastic and they truly make an effort to make your stay enjoyable. I give this place my highest recommendations!

Pros: Owners were sweethearts and were very accommodating. I really enjoyed my stay.

Good place to stay to see Rome and watch the tennis tournament.

Pros: For us the location was very good, we could walk to the centre probably 25 mins but also walk to the tennis in Foro Localo. The location was quiet in the evenings with some nice local places to eat. The owner was very helpful and gave us lots of local tips.

Cons: Parking is a lottery but that is like everywhere in Rome.
