It’s quite good for a short stay.

Pros: Simple check-in, good connection to the city center.

Cons: The bathroom is cold, towels do not dry, there is no washing machine for longer stays, and there is only one hanger in the wardrobe for clothes.

Pros: Ottima posizione, ben servita e con molte attività commerciali nei dintorni. Appartamento molto spazioso e luminoso, dotato di frigo, angolo cottura, lavabo, condizionatore, ecc. Molto semplice e flessibile il check-in e il check-out.

Pros: The property was spotless and had all the described amenities. Good water pressure in the shower and I found both the bed and the pillows to be very comfortable (not too soft). During my one night stay I did not hear undue noises from the outside of the surrounding apartments.

Pros: Quartiere molto bello servito da molti negozi, bar e ristoranti. Appartamento pulito, comodo e ben ristrutturato. La metro si trova a 15 minuti a piedi comoda per spostarsi in qualsiasi parte di Roma.

Pros: La suite e’ stata appena realizzata (credo di essere uno dei primi ospiti). Molto carina, arredata con gusto , con vero parquet e giardino privato. Si trova in una zona residenziale dove c è tutto ed e’ collegata con molti mezzi pubblici.(io mi sono servito della metro alla fermata Conca d’ Oro che dista 10 minuti circa a piedi) Stamattina ho fatto la mia corsetta in un meraviglioso parco vede che dista a 3 /4 minuti dall’appartamento. Da consigliare

Pros: location nuova,realizzata con ogni attenzione(tapparelle eletttiche,luci lead perimetrali in ogni camera). Ho invitato una mia amica romana e abbiamo fatto un aperitivo nel giardino a lume di candela. Il quartiere conca d ora e’ molto dinamico con negozi di tutti i generi. lDa consigliare. Sarà il mio riferimento quando tornerò a Roma.
