If we travel to Rome again, we will definitely stay here.

Pros: Everything was perfect, we had a wonderful stay! The location of the accommodation is excellent: the main sights are within walking distance, and public transport is also just a few minutes away. We especially liked that the area is not overly touristy, yet it still feels safe even at night. The rooms were quiet, comfortable, and clean — exactly what you need for a short trip. If we travel to Rome again, we will definitely stay here.

Cons: The only issue we had was with the Wi-Fi connection, as it kept disconnecting, likely due to the building’s thick walls. It was quite inconvenient because we couldn’t even plan our daily programs. We reported it at the reception on our last day, but the problem was ignored. A router is not a major investment, and I believe it would be worth installing one in every room a place like this, as tourists rely on Wi-Fi — especially since free Wi-Fi is listed among the accommodation’s amenities

Perfect place in great location

Pros: Excellent location, very walkable to everything. Quiet and clean. They had all facilities and more, coffee and tea. Flexible check in which I’m very very grateful for. Wanna tell extra thank you to Valerio. He made us feel very welcome. I definitely recommend this place to stay in Rome

Pros: Very lovely room, it’s clean and spacious. The owner is very friendly and responsive. Good location, close to Roma Termini. Good value for money. Would definitely stay here again when coming back to Rome.

Great location, comfortable, but it can be a bit more clean

Pros: Location is great - 20 minutes on foot from Termini station, and Colosseum. Also, the bed is very comfortable.

Cons: The bed sheets were a bit dirty, and the water heater made wierd and loud sounds.

Pros: It is great location, and everything I needed was avaible. Host are great, I had special wishes and they agreed with it. They left breakfast for first morning. Higly recomend!

Cons: It is small room but it is enough for 3 nights.

Pros: Everything as described in the offer. The room was clean and comfortable, good contact before check-in. Very nice surroundings, lovely people in the building and around :), a bar around the corner perfect for breakfast and morning coffee. Bus stop a minute away, metro within walking distance. It is not in the city center, but we knew that when booking :) Our stay was great, we have already recommended this place to our friends.
