Pros: It was comfortable and lovely. I wasn’t expecting someone making my bed. That was surprising. I had enough of towels. The kitchen is nice , and it has a lot of things there which was useful. Thanks for tea , and snacks. That’s was really nice. As well all cleaning stuff was there and paper if needed. That I found really nice.

Cons: It was cleaned 8/10 I would say. And only because I saw a hair in the bath. I had everything to clean it , so it was not a problem.

Easy check in and nice common area

Pros: Easy self check in, very nice common area with coffee, water, biscuits and even bitter with toast options. Room was small but everything you’ll need is there. AC worked well and the rooms are located in a nice house with a beautiful inner court. Would go again definitely.

Cons: Bed a bit small and hard for two people but that is totally a preference thing, for a few nights it is absolutely okei.

Lovely flat once I got in! Small, clean, great view over courtyard…

Pros: Lovely flat in an historic site. I didn’t find it easy to check in as 3 different entrances. (I’m older so not used to relying on my phone!) Luckily, others were there to help me… Right next to Tram no 3 to get to Coliseum and further on, Trastervere…

Cons: The entrance wasn’t easy for me.

Pros: Great space, bright and well furnished. Easy to enter and exit whilst also secure. Location near public transport was very helpful.

Stylish and spacious rooms

Pros: The place is beautiful, it’s cozy, stylish and with a lot of space. We are so happy we chose this hotel. Also in a hall there was a tea/cafe station, toaster and water available, it was a good touch.

Great location and good value for money

Pros: Great location close to San Giovanni Metro, there’s a nice park opposite and plenty of shops nearby. The room was clean and had everything we needed. The kitchen area was well equipped.

Cons: The pillows were bad, they definitely need replacing. No bowls in the kitchen. Constant noise from the little boy running/jumping around above (not sure if he lives there or it’s a holiday flat!)

Good experience

Pros: Very nice apartments, good location, easy check in. They have an open kitchen were you can have a short breakfast easily (water, coffee and some snack included). Everything very clean !!!

Cons: The walls between rooms are very thin, you can here everything in the next room (I mean normal discussion). Also, because of this, even when the neighbours make shower, you will hear a big noise from the water pipes.

Overall, we are happy with our stay that we would actually book this place again when we come back. Opening the building

Pros: • Location was great. Far from the busier streets but still close to public transport. • The host was easily contacted through WhatsApp. • Lift was available but take note, you have to take a few flight of stairs to get to the lift. • Yes to bidet. • Common fridge and microwave was a plus.

Cons: • You can overhear the noise from the street and the room next to you. I’m a light sleeper but this issue was solved with the earplugs I always bring with me. It helped a lot. My partner had no issues with the noise. • No rubbish bin in the bedroom but in the toilet there was one. Main rubbish bin was in the common area. We temporarily used a plastic bag for our rubbish. • Shower drainage was slow.
