Charming indeed

Pros: The room was very beautiful and well equipped. Very clean and nice smelling. The location was very convenient as it was close to the metro and bus stations, and it also had many food choices nearby.

Cons: The street could get noisy sometimes, but it is expected in big cities. The room provided earplugs, which was really thoughtful.

Secure, lovely building and gardens, rooms comfortable, handy location, Francesca was a great host

Pros: Secure lovely building, nice garden and garden view Good coffee and extras in the common room

Cons: Personally I found it noisy at times, tiled floors and big heavy doors at night was disturbing but only a few times

Pros: The building and the room were beautiful, the host was very accomondating and the facilities in the commen room were great.

Cons: Thr room was a little small, and it was difficult to get the suitcases through because you have to go through 3-4 different gates

Pros: It was extremely clean, the host explained everything in great detail, you could not miss a thing. The location is pretty far from the main attractions, but you have access to the subway and buses very easily, so it was no problem for us. Also great locations to eat around. The vibe is amazing, you can experience an old italian house kept alive!

Charming

Pros: Location right next to Metro and Bus stop. It was also away from hustle and bustle. Restaurants and cafe were reasonable priced and more local better food.

Cons: The shower could do with updating.

Enjoyed it very much and would recommend if you need a simple, straightforward place to stay!

Pros: Clean, authentically Italian and felt secure. Had everything we needed and great value for money. Recommendations for food and coffee were great. Near a metro station so could go anywhere. Clear instructions, I didn’t see staff and didn’t need to contact them as there were no issues to report.

Cons: No rugs on the floor, so was a little cold. Noise was loud when other people came in as the door slammed. Situated on a busy road, sirens from ambulances were loud. However ear plugs were provided.

Great location, charming building

Pros: It was very clean, in a lovely old building, close to public transport though walking distance to major attractions, close to great restaurants. Very responsive host. Very secure.

Cons: The shower cubicle was quite small. It could be a bit noisy due to nouse from local traffic (the building is on a main road)

Pros: The bed in Suite Elisabetta was very big! Much bigger than I expected. The room was indeed very charming. The house keeping is great, for the room and for taking care of the common room, which was a big plus!

If we were to return to Rome, would 100% book here again.

Pros: Clean, beautiful decor. Common room had everything that people may have forgotten available to borrow. Hot drinks facilities also available

Cons: Area was just okay. Public transport available but had to walk with luggage
