Excellent connectivity, Close enough but outside the noise. Opp. a theatre so not isolated either.

Pros: Nice service apt with en suite. Good communications prior self checkin.

Amazing stay at this property!

Pros: The room was secure and we felt so safe. It had several locked doors where we had to enter a pin to open. The room was clean and a modern design with the touch of the classic Italian ceiling. The aircon worked amazingly. The location was great. Not far from a train station at all. And the tourist attractions were within walking distance.

Cons: The only thing I’d say is that the room was a bit dark. It didn’t let much daylight in.

Nice Stay

Pros: The room is exactly like in the pictures, the details are beautiful and it's very clean and modern, the bathroom is new, clean and well made. The AC works perfectly and it's new. The self check in is really cool, it was really easy to get around. The communication was only by messages, no personal contact. The metro is 4 minutes away. It's like a hotel room more or less.

Cons: The walls are rather thin and when other guests with kids checked in and started screaming at each other it was like we were part of the family. But we communicated with the host and they contacted them immediately. There is noise from the street but we slept really well with earplugs. Under the bed it's not vacuumed since forever, everything else was really clean.

Pros: Perfect location with metro 3mins walk from apartment. Apartment really lovely and true to pictures! Good communication with owner through WhatsApp.

Pros: Cozy. Spacious room. Good connection. Close to the metro station or bus. And big thanks to property for realistic photos. Apartament looks the same as you can see in booking photos

Cons: Nose from the street. But if you have earplugs it is not a problem :)

Great apartment, located in an inexpensive area of Rome.

Pros: Very clean, freshly decorated. Great amenities included with fresh fruit.

Cons: Near a Main Street -slightly noisy.

Buono per lunghi o brevi soggiorni

Pros: Le stanze sono ben pensate, pulite, hanno tutti i comfort e sono in una buonissima posizione.

Cons: Tutto positivo

Consigliato.

Pros: Staff molto disponibile, è stato pronto a rispondere alle nostre necessità anche alle 10 di sera. Ottima la posizione, a pochi minuti a piedi sia dalla fermata metro san giovanni che re di roma. Struttura pulita e conforme alla descrizione. Zona residenziale, ricca di negozi. Due negozi di alimentari raggiungibili a piedi. Letti molto comodi. Apertura con codice, non solo con chiave.

Cons: Infissi datati, si chiudono con difficoltà e purtroppo si sentono i rumori provenienti dalla strada.

Buena ubicación y buena relación calidad-precio.

Pros: La ubicación es muy buena, está muy cerca de la parada de metro de Via Appia, y en la misma calle hay varios sitios de alimentación, aunque no es buena zona para comer o cenar. El sitio es un edificio muy bonito, con una entrada y patio muy tradicional, el apartamento tiene unos rosetones muy bonitos en el techo. Una de las mejores cosas fue la comodidad de la cama principal, que se agradece después de caminar mucho por la ciudad.

Cons: La zona de cocina, aunque tenía todo lo necesario para cocinar, tenía un cierto olor a humedad que no hacía muy agradable la experiencia. Pero tampoco es un problema, porque no comíamos ni cenábamos en casa.

Pros: Conforto, decoração de charme, localização privilegiada.
