We enjoyed staying at Susanna's and she was very kind and welcoming. A convenient location.

Pros: The location was good, near the metro station and close to buses. It was 30mins walk maybe to the Coliseum. There were restaurants and shops close. The street was a bit worn but it did not trouble us. The kitchen facilities were simple but very useful to make breakfast and snacks. The room was a good size. Susanna was very friendly and helpful.

Cons: A kettle would have been very helpful so we did not have to boil water in a saucepan to make tea.

Great stay, would happily stay there again.

Pros: The place was spotless and being just of the main street it was extremely quiet, The host was really helpful with great advice on best restaurants nearby and in the historical centre and places to see that were not on the normal tourist map but worth seeing. Easy access to centre of Rome and 20 minute walk to Colosseum.

Pros: We really enjoyed our staying in Ai7 Scalini. The place is very clean and confortable. Susanna was proactive and very kind with us. She also gave us many recommendation of places and supported on everything we have asked.

Pros: Our check in was very late, almost midnight time, however the owner Susanna, was waiting for us to accommodate. She was very friendly and supportive, despite the circumstances, 10/10. The room was clean, and overall met our expectations. 3 minutes walk to the metro station, walking distance to Termini or Tuscolana train stations if you need to get to FCA.

A great stay!

Pros: Our stay in Ai 7 Scallini was perfect! The room was very comfortable and clean. It had heating too. It also had a private bathroom, equiped with hair dryer. On the side of the room, there is a shared kitchen, which was well equiped, so it's possible to prepare meals and a nice coffee. The owner was really really nice, the communication with her was easy and she gave us a lot of tips about the neghbourhood and the city. I highly recommend this room, specially for couples.

Good location, kind owner, nice room

Pros: Good location, close to the public transport. Very kind owner - we got ideas to the best croisson, best pizza and best tiramisu around San Giovanni. We tried them all. The room was big enough, nice and clean.

Pros: Amazing cafe at the corner! Really tasty and cheap! Very nice and quite location, with big street and metro stations nearby. Good quality grocery stores with big choices of delicious food, that we used for evening meals

Pros: Great location, near metro. All around are markets, cafes and everything else you could need. The host is great, really helpfull and friendly.

Pros: The location was superb! Very close to local amenities and a little bit away from the main tourist area (10-15 by bus) which was perfect as the cafes and restaurants were reasonably priced and very good.
