Wonderful trip and a cozy place to stay.

Pros: The apartment was very clean and tidy. It had all the basic necessities for cooking — salt, cooking oil, pots, a kettle, a coffee machine, tea, and coffee. There were also small touches for convenience, like shower shampoo and hand soap. The location was very convenient: not in a busy tourist area, yet still close to Termini Station, which made it easy to travel to different parts of Italy. A bus stop was right in front of the building’s gate, so getting anywhere in Rome by bus was also very simple. The apartment itself was very cozy, the building was beautiful, and the inner courtyard was absolutely stunning. We really enjoyed our stay and were very happy with the accommodation. We would be happy to choose this apartment again for our next trip.

Cons: There was a very specific smell in the apartment, something like the aroma of food or spices, and it was difficult to describe. I believe it came from the previous guests, as we checked in on the same day they checked out. It didn’t seem to be the natural smell of the apartment itself, but rather something left from heavy cooking. Even though we aired out the apartment every day, the smell remained. It became weaker by the end of our seven-day stay, but it never disappeared completely. When walking around Rome, we noticed a similar smell near some Asian or Indian restaurants, so it was likely related to the previous occupants’ cooking habits. It was also a pity that there was no air freshener in the apartment, which could have helped remove the smell more quickly.

Pros: Groot appartement van alle gemakken voorzien. Gelegen in een leuke buurt. Het appartement was erg schoon.

Cons: De ketel is 2 hele dagen kapot geweest, waardoor we geen warm water hadden om te douchen. Uiteindelijk wel netjes opgelost, maar veel te weinig compensatie voor het ongemak.

Pros: Très propre, équipements à disposition très utiles, confortable et ensoleillé.

Fantastica

Pros: El apartamento es espectacular: espacioso, moderno, limpio, todos los servicios y utensilios, baño completisimo, cocina enorme, techos altos, terraza, aire acondicionado... Una autentica maravilla. Con el propietario contacto cero. Todo vía internet:codigos de acceso, llaves, etc

Cons: No tenia microondas

Pros: la posizione, l'appartamento era bello e ben arredato
