Charming Apartment in the centre of Rome

Good for a short stay

Pros: The room was really clean and 15min walk from the train station. It’s located in a quiet area with a beautiful green yard. The manager was very responsive- we arrived in the middle of the night, and she picked up her phone at 3AM immediately.

Cons: The check in was very confusing- there are different “activities” you need to perform - pay the city tax separately, upload your documents and also there is some link to enter the building. We weren’t able to access the flat and finally another tourist went out to open the door (we unknowingly woke him up by ringing the bell). The property is a big flat turned into a few separate rooms with a shared kitchen. There is no soundproofing so you can hear everything going on in the corridor. Also the duvet didn’t have any cover - it was in between two bedsheets, which I found really unhygienic. The bed is extremely soft - which can be good or bed, depending what your preference is. Finally, the shower is open, so you need to be very careful not to flood the whole bathroom.

Pros: Great location, clean, spacious. Coffee machine and all sorts of kitchen utensils.

Cons: Almost nothing. Shower head blocked with limescale

Pros: A modern stylish clean apartment, a very comfortable bed and all the necessary facilities in the kitchen. It was quiet cold in the beginning, but then in some days the heating started working perfectly well. Also a very good wifi and a beautiful yard outside. The area was absolutely safe.

Cons: I could use shower only for 3-5 min, otherwise water would flow out. Neighbours can be a bit loud, you have to be ready for that. In my case it wasn't really annoying.

Pros: I had an excellent stay in this bedroom. The space was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The bed was incredibly cozy, the linens fresh, and the room had everything I needed for a relaxing visit. It was quiet at night, and I slept very well. The host was friendly, responsive, and made check-in and check-out completely hassle-free. I really appreciated the attention to detail and the welcoming atmosphere. Overall, a perfect stay — I would definitely return and highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and pleasant room!

Great price to value ratio.

Pros: Videos I received were really helpful. The whole apartment is really clean and the location is great.

Cons: The guests in the other room were really loud. They were coming to the apartment at 2 am. We could hear everything through the doors when they continue to woke us up. The bathroom needs some smaller repairs (the base of the sink is damaged from the constant water contact and the scale is quite heavy in the showerhead). I think that can be easily repaired for the next guest.

Super friendly team and the perfect spot to get around Rome—and even to other cities.

Pros: The best accommodation I’ve stayed in so far. The management team was incredibly kind and welcoming. The location is excellent—very convenient to reach all parts of Rome by public transportation. Since it’s close to the train station, traveling to Florence, Venice, and other cities is also very easy. If I come back to Rome again, I would definitely choose this place.

Perfect place for

Pros: 10 minutes waliking from Termini station, in a neat, organized residebtal area. The room is clean and nice, there is a well-equipped kithen-diningroom used by other guests as well. The Bus 492 from downtown stop sonly in 200 metres from the apartment. We did not weet the host, but he kept us updated during our stay.

Cons: A small cabinet for the suitcases and the clohtes would be finein the room, not only the hangers, but I know this is the trend recently.

Apartment is really good. Access to the apartment is very secured. The kitchen and dining area is a shade space.

Pros: Very clean and nice, simple warm Interiors. Nice kitchen and dining area, which is the sharing one.

Cons: The elevator did not work, and we had to carry heavy suitcases. Two floors up after we complained it was fixed, thankfully, we didn’t have to carry the luggage while coming down.

Pros: Very clean and lots of space, fluent and friendly communication with the owner.

I recommend!

Pros: A really comfortable apartment with a very helpful host Alessio, who was very nice and always happy to help. The apartment was cute and cozy, with everything you might need.

Cons: The only things we missed in the kitchen were a cutting board which was a bit difficult to cook without and a wine opener. It’s also possible to hear other people pretty well. A little bit hard to check in.
