Highly recommend this place, we would return for another stay.
Pros: The apartment is really much larger than what we typically see in Roman accommodation. The furniture and decoration really feels authentic to the area also. It's very clean, the host is super-helpful and welcoming, really accommodated us meeting us at exactly the time we needed, and had put some drinking water and snacks in the apartment as welcome. It is secure, with a locked gate to a courtyard, then a locked door to the building, and then another good lock on the apartment door. The blinds on the windows work well to block out all light, making for a good nights sleep. The area is very convenient for the university and the train station. There are some lovely nearby cafes and bars for breakfast or a drink.
Cons: The location is great, but if you are a tourist going to the area on the other side of the train station, be a little careful at night if you are on your own.

Host even helped us to take us in his car to drop our luggage to left luggage , he was not obliged but did us a favour .
Pros: Very good location, spacious , very clean , very responsive host.

Perfect stay
Pros: The best host that I ever had. Friendly and helpful. Place is a short walk from Termini station and easy transportation to each corner of Rome. Close to Sapienza University. Well equipment all needed kitchenware including coffee machine.

Pros: Clean house with all that is needed for simple cooking - pots and pans, plates etc, and basic things like hair dryer, iron box n board. Host Alfonso was the best host we ever had.
Cons: The lift was not working on day one. Host Alfonso helped us with the luggage as the apartment was in level 3. Lift condition is a very olden type but guess custom made for the space. Looks like pre historic but functions well. Only 3 ppl can go at a time. The toilet is also narrow but functional. Apartment has one toilet only with attached bath.

Excellent apartment close to Termini
Pros: The apartment is spacious and the facilities were superb for our needs. Clean and modern. Located very close to Termini, roughly 10 minutes walk.

Pros: The flat was sparkling clean. Comfy , enough place for 5 adults. We cooked a few simple meals in the house. Apartment was walking distance to Rome termini , and at least 3 supermarkets.Alfonso was very welcoming, helping us with the luggages.He even has a tablet that has links on restaurant and nearby amenities .
Cons: Nothing else that we didn't like. Everything was good. Maybe a washing machine would be an added value to the apartment.

Pros: Alfonso was friendly, and the house was spotless. We loved the selection of complimemtary teas, coffee, crackers with jam and biscuits. The beds were also comfortable, so we slept well.
Cons: There was nothing we didn't like.

Excellent, stay in Rome and we will definitely use again
Pros: It was spacious, clean, it was close to the Roma termini train station about 10 minutes walking. It has two bedrooms with one bedroom having a double bed and a single bedroom so it is good for a family of five. The kitchen was clean and tidy and the bedsheets was clean. there was ample space for clothes and towels. Towels, Lennon, bedsheets, and toilet paper are all supplied. The apartment comes with the utensils, plates, cookery, and has a electric hob and a dishwasher. Alfonso was absolutely incredible with clear instructions on how to enter the apartment, and how to use the kitchen. He has left a nice touch of leaving crackers and coffee and jam as a complimentary. He is an absolutely amazing host.
Cons: The apartment lacks a microwave and the bathroom is a bit tiny.
