An exceptional stay in Rome!

Pros: A gem in Rome near the central train station. Exceptionally clean and comfortable rooms with a huge balcony to relax on after a busy day sight seeing. We were even driven to the train station with all of our baggage when leaving, which was much appreciated. A 10 out 10 for a clean, quiet, comfortable stay outside of the busy center of Rome but close enough to walk to many sites. I highly recommend Edo’s Rome.

Great value for money and amazing hospitality

Pros: Edoardo is a 10/10, no, 20/10 host! He's warm, friendly, and helpful. Prior to our check-in, he made sure that we were all right and waited for us despite our train delay to check in. His apartment is beautiful, spacious, and has all the amenities you'd ever need and more. A nice touch was the charged power banks he provided beside our beds, in case we needed them. For the ladies, he even has makeup remover and cotton pads! Location-wise, it was perfect and right smack in the Chinatown neighbourhood, where there are many quaint restaurants that are non-touristy. It had a real vibe to it, far away from the touristy spots. 100% would come back when in Rome!

A fantastic place to stay in Rome!

Pros: We had a wonderful stay at Edo’s apartment - it is modern, clean, spacious and well equipped, and very good value for money. It’s very handy for the Termini railway station and buses to the centre of Rome. Edo met us on arrival and was very helpful in recommending the many local restaurants and places of interest. We thoroughly recommend staying here to anyone exploring Rome - much better than a hotel!

Pros: Absolutely Wonderful Stay – The Best Host in Rome! We had an amazing stay at this beautiful apartment in Rome. Everything was exactly as described – and even better in person. The space was spotless and thoughtfully designed, with every detail considered: two comfortable bedrooms, two modern bathrooms with brand-new fixtures, and a fully stocked kitchen including a great selection of teas and coffee. Edoardo, our host, was outstanding – the best we’ve ever had. He met us at check-in, made us feel incredibly welcome, and was extremely helpful without ever being intrusive. Even after we checked out, he generously offered advice about the area, especially for long-term stays. Though the apartment is new and doesn't have many reviews yet, we feel very lucky to have discovered it. It was a fantastic experience from start to finish, and we wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again. Highly recommend!

Cons: Leaving

Pros: The owner's hospitality is truly extraordinary. It far exceeds the regular relationship between the owner and the guest. He lets you know and feel that he is ready to help if anything goes wrong. Keeps in touch before you arrive, so you know that you are expected. If you are interested, he is prepared to provide information about possibilities in the neighborhood and the city as well. He does not hesitate to offer an extra service if you need it. However, if you are not interested in a closer than formal contact, he respects it. The balcony, two bedrooms, two bathrooms, and the well-equipped kitchen make it a very cosy place. Such small details as a hairdryer, skin cleansing water, and cotton pads speak for themselves.

Pros: I stayed at Edo's house with my mom during our visit to Rome. The location is excellent—in a quiet neighborhood, yet well connected by buses that stop very close to the apartment and take you directly to Rome’s main attractions. Shops, bars, and restaurants are also nearby. The apartment was perfect for us: we each had our own bedroom with air conditioning and we each had our own bathroom. There's a small kitchen equipped with a microwave, a small dishwasher, a coffee machine, a cooktop, and a refrigerator. One of the highlights is the large private balcony, accessible from both bedrooms. Another big plus is the elevator, as the apartment is on the fourth floor. We had a great stay—the apartment was clean, the equipment is new, and we didn’t miss a thing. Edoardo is a friendly and very helpful host. Highly recommended!
