AP em Roma do jeito que deve ser

Pros: A comunicação com anfitrião e a entrega das chaves estava muito fácil. O AP não deixou a desejar nada. Cozinha tinha tudo, micro-ondas, fogão, geladeira, utensílios etc. Tudo em bom estado. Cama confortável.

Pros: Appartement situé au 1er étage, à l’angle de la Via dei Latini et de la Via degli Ernici, dans le quartier animé de San Lorenzo. Nous y avons séjourné 13 jours : l’emplacement est très pratique, proche des transports et des commodités, et le prix était très attractif.

Cons: Plusieurs points sont à améliorer : isolation phonique insuffisante (fenêtres mal étanches, bruits de la rue et d'une boîte de nuit voisine), propreté moyenne (poussière, placard sous évier sale), douche vétuste, lave-vaisselle peu fonctionnel. L’ensemble mériterait un bon rafraîchissement et plus de soin dans les équipements de base. Dommage, car le potentiel est là, mais l’entretien laisse à désirer.
