Very pleasant

Pros: A lot of good places to eat within a 1 kilometer radius

Pros: We had a fantastic time in Rome! The apartment was very clean and tidy, just as described. The bed was comfortable, and the place had everything we needed for a pleasant stay. A perfect base for exploring the city – we would happily come back!

Pros: The apartment was fully equipped with kitchen utilities and all commodities at the bathroom and bedroom. Very clean. The contact person was very responsive, we ran out of warm water and we got it fixed in half an hour.

Cons: Everything was fine.

Pros: Great spacious apartment, lively student bars and nice restaurants nearby, simple kitchen but has all necessities.

Good value for money

Pros: Good apartments (although away from the city center) are located in a nice neighborhood. There are many restaurants, cafes, bars, several groceries around. Termini station is about 15 minutes walk away. The apartment owners live on the floor below and are ready to help. The apartment has a big double bed, wardrobe, TV (didn't use it), separate kitchen with accessories (we used it for breakfast, so can say that the microwave, refrigerator and stove work well), and bathroom (hand soap and shower gel included). Small balcony overlooks the courtyard. WiFi was excellent. And it was very warm in the room, the heater works great.

Cons: Personally, I found the mattress on the bed too hard, so I asked for an extra blanket, which I put on top, and it became fine. There are no hooks for the towels in the bathroom, but there is a clothes drying rack in the room, which solves the problem

Pros: Almost everything was good. Clean and comfortable apartment in a great location. The host was helpful, and everything went smoothly. Would recommend! .

Cons: The only thing I didn't like in this apartment was the window in the kitchen when it was night, the light from outside was bright, and couldn't sleep very well because of that.

Cons: It’s situated on the last floor of the apartment complex and there’s no elevator so it can be a bit challenging for others.

Pros: This is a perfect apartment for couples or solo travelers. It is very clean and modern. The staff is very friendly.

Una setmana a Roma

Pros: El propietari és una persona molt agradable i acollidora. Està bastant ben situat i el lloc és tranquil. Hi ha moltes botigues al voltant on comprar menjar. També hi ha un carrer al davant on hi ha restaurants on es menja bé i el tracte és excel·lent. Hi ha transport públic que et porta al tot arreu. L'estació de tren Roma Termini està molt a la vora i pots agafar el bus d'anar i tornar a l'aeroport còmodament ja que hi ha diverses parades de bus allà mateix de diverses empreses de transport. El llit és molt còmode, l'apartament té bona calefacció i és lluminós. L'espai és més que suficient, està net, i la decoració és moderna. Els electrodomèstics funcionen bé i també estan nets i en bones condicions (nevera, microones i placa per cuinar). Es nota que ha estat reformat i es manté en condicions.

Cons: No hi ha ascensor i pujar amb les maletes, la compra o cansat al vespre quan tornes de fer el turista per Roma fins al tercer pis és dur. Al bany podrien fer un millor manteniment perquè hi havia coses que no estaven bé, com la cadena del vàter i la carxofa de la dutxa (que amb prou feines es mantenia a lloc i feia difícil dutxar-se). El llum del mirall tampoc funcionava. A la cuina hi podria haver més coberts per menjar, sobre tot algun ganivet més en condicions.
