Worth to stay 👍

Pros: Cosy and clean apartment. Bed sheets are clean. Bath room was super clean. Pretty much everything was perfect. The location is just great. Metro station is just on the corner - very easy to reach any part of Rome. A little noise heard from the street at night, but the noise was soothing rather than annoying :)

Cons: It was no big deal, but sometimes it felt like it would have been nice to have basic things like tea, coffee, sugar, salt in the kitchen. Second - the apartment would be splendid if the hosts changed the carpets. Now it wasn’t pleasant to walk inside barefoot on the worn out carpets.

Very good place for short vacation:)

Pros: The location is excellent, 5-10 min to Colloseum. The terrace is perfect for afternoon coffee. Kitchen is small, but well equipped.

Cons: Sofa is not very comfortable, 2-3 nights maximum. We couldn’t open balcony, mb it was closed.

Ubicación excepcional

Pros: La ubicación es excepcional. Muy cerca del Coliseo y con una parada de metro en la puerta. Las camas comodísimas, tanto la principal como el sofá cama. Cocina muy pequeña pero bien equipada. Muy amable Fulvia y muy útil el call center. Pudimos dejar las maletas hasta las 14:30, aunque el check out era a las 10:00.

Cons: La ducha, un desastre! No hay cortina, el agua moja todo, además muy poca presión y no sale apenas agua caliente. Fatal ese aspecto, una lástima! También se echa de menos un poco más de iluminación!

Pros: Świetna lokalizacja, bardzo dobry kontakt z właścicielem .

Cons: W listopadzie wieczorem i rano temperatury na zewnątrz są bliskie 0 a w mieszkaniu było chłodno . To jedyne zastrzeżenie

Pros: Läget är perfekt, vi tyckte mycket om den här delen av staden. Mysig lägenhet belägen på ett lugnt ställe men ändå på gångavstånd till de viktigaste sevärdheterna. Härligt med egen terrass. Värden är mycket trevlig och tillmötesgående. Vi kommer gärna hit igen.

Cons: Duschen läckte så det blev ganska blött i badrummet.

Pros: Nagyon jó elhelyezkedés.4 főnek kényelmes, tiszta szállás.

Cons: A fürdőben két tusolófej volt, de nem voltak jók. ..ez egy kicsit kellemetlen volt

Pros: Mi e’ piaciuto molto ha una localizzione perfetta ed e’ molto comoda

Pros: Lokal w centrum Rzymu. Dużym atutem jest bliskość Koloseum. Do Watykanu moża przejść się spacerkiem, my skorzystaliśmy z tej opcji i nie żałujemy. Czas przejścia to ok 40 min, ale dzięki temu można zobaczyć niesamowite miejsca. Jedzonko blisko miejsca zamieszkania, jest w czym wybierać. Kilka sklepów w pobliżu. Metro za rogiem. W upalne dni duszno na poddaszu ale na szczęście jest klimatyzacja i można sie trochę schłodzić. Miejsce godne polecenia.

Great location and cozy stay, but the bathroom could be better.

Pros: I had a great stay at this apartment in Rome! The location is fantastic — just a 9-minute walk to the Colosseum and around 20 minutes to most of the other major attractions. The walks around the city were so enjoyable, and it was lovely to come back to such a cozy and welcoming place at the end of the day. The apartment is well-equipped with everything you need, including a washing machine, iron, stove, and TV. One of the highlights is definitely the terrace — it’s absolutely beautiful and perfect for relaxing after a day of sightseeing. Another huge plus: there’s a metro station right in front of the apartment, which makes getting around even easier. The staff was excellent throughout our stay. The person who welcomed us was very kind and helpful, and the team was always available on WhatsApp for anything we needed — quick to respond and very professional.

Cons: The only downsides were the elevator and the bathroom. The elevator is extremely small and very old — it might be a challenge if you’re traveling with large suitcases or if someone in your group has mobility issues. We also had some trouble with the bathroom. The toilet didn’t always flush properly, which could be frustrating at times. Plus, there’s no shower curtain or enclosure around the tub/shower combo, so the bathroom floor would often get quite wet after a shower.

Centralt läge med härlig terrass

Pros: Fantastiskt läge med gångavstånd till det mesta och härlig terrass. Bra med kylskåp och AC.

Cons: Obekväm bäddsoffa och några detaljer som lösa handtag.
