Urbana Colosseo Boutique Apartment

A wonderful visit.. would stay again..

Pros: The location was Wonderfull, right in the middle of everything and with great local restaurants and bars on the same street. Could not ask for anything else.

Pros: Perfect apartment in central Rome, just steps from the Colosseum and surrounded by great facilities. The terrace was ideal for breakfast or relaxing before going out. Everything was truly perfect – we couldn’t have chosen a better place!

Pros: Best location and value in Rome. Great apartment, and very good communication with host.

Pros: Great location. Fast internet. Have all amenities needed. Decent size of apartment for capital city.

Cons: Quite cold and you can hear noise from the street.

Excellent Apartment Requiring a Little More TLC and Attention to Detail

Pros: The location was excellent - in a busy, studenty part of Rome. The Colosseum was very nearby. The transport facilities were excellent. We were right near the Metro and two stops away from a major station. There was a wonderful traditional, inexpensive restaurant just opposite.

Cons: There weren't enough cups and glasses and a bread knife would have been handy. Plenty of other crockery and pots and pans. One of the electric rings didn't work and the TV was faulty. There were plenty of cleaning materials but the room wasn't cleaned by anyone else during the 7 days we were there And the towels and bed linen weren't changed at all.

Nice stay

Pros: The key delivering went smooth, the area is great, there were enough towels. There was a great barber on the corner as well as as a nice and cheap morning coffee and food shop

Cons: The air conditionen didnt work, the terrace was very little inviting.. kind of closed in and kind of chabby, the bed was not so good either.

Pros: I had a great weekend at the Urbana Colosseo. The studio is exceptionally well located for visiting Rome.

Pros: First of all, location was perfect! The metro is just around the corner and it is literally walking distance to all places of interest. It is so rare that you can find such a silence in the center of the city, allowing you to rest a bit after long walk and noisy streets of Rome. There was everything in a flat and it was clean. I felt very comfortable

Cons: I stayed for just couple of nights and it was a good value for money, maybe for a longer stay it is required some maintenance and renovation in a flat.

Pros: La posizione, centrale e a pochi minuti a piedi dal Colosseo

Cons: Pulizia non troppo approfondita e uno degli asciugamani messi a disposizione era sporco

Buen precio para la zona donde está. Muy bien ubicado

Pros: La zona. Cerca del coliseo. Ademas es un barrio donde siempre hay algo de ambiente sin molestar.
