Pros: The host is super nice, location is perfectly close to city center, kitchen is very well equipped as well stuffed with basic food ingredients like tea, salt, spices, oil and other. Heating and cooling system - both AC and radiators. 2 outstanding terraces.

Cons: The area was noisy all night long and every night during our stay. Bathroom is very small so the movement is limited but it is still very functional. Just need to wait a bit longer until the hot water starts flowing.

Pros: We stayed for 4 days and apartment was amazing. Location is great, you can walk to almost all famous sights, but there is also metro station on the other side of building. Apartment was well equipped and clean and bottle of wine was a nice touch as welcome gift, thank you to Paola and Airon. We deffenitely recommend this accomodation and hope to come again!

Excellent. The location is perfect. The property catered to our needs.

Pros: The location was perfect. Close to all the monuments. The balcony was a lovely addition to the property.

Cons: The only issue I would suggest is an extra blanket for the property as the quilt was not sufficient.

Good appartament for stay in Rome

Pros: Good location nearest to the metro station. Also nearest to the Coloseum. Best balcony (2 balcony at the appartament)

Cons: Bathroom with short space from the tolilet to the wall and the door for enter in shower is very tight.

Pros: You will have the whole house for yourself with two bedrooms and two balcony which is great value. Owners are very nice. They patiently explained how to use the equipments in the room upon arrival. Really grateful that they have washing machine as well since we are having a long trip. The location is great. A lot of restaurants and bars around. The gelato place next to the house is also fantastic.

Wunderschöne Tage in Rom

Pros: Tolle Lage (in Monti in Gehweite zum Colosseo, Nähe zur Metro, Restaurants und Geschäfte in der Nachbarschaft), gemütliches Appartement mit 2 schönen Terrassen, prima Ausstattung, freundlicher und professioneller Host, unkomplizierte Schlüsselübergabe. Das Schlafzimmer kann mittels der Vorhänge komplett abgedunkelt werden ;-) , und wir haben prima geschlafen :-) Basis-Ausstattung wie Kaffee, Zucker, Salz Pfeffer, Küchenrolle, Geschirrspülmittel etc vorhanden, was sehr angenehm war. Flasche Wein zur Begrüßung :-) Grazie per tutto, Paola :-)))

A glorious few days in Rome

Pros: Paola was incredibly helpful, including organising an early check-in and letting us leave our bags after check out to pick up before our train. The place was really well equipped and clean, which meant we could enjoy cooking and also eating at the many local restaurants and cafes. The highlight was probably the terrace and balcony, which meant spending time at the house still felt really special. The location was also superb and easily accessible.

Cons: Nothing :)

Un bel posto, accogliente e lo staff gentile.

Pros: Un ottimo posto, vicino a tutti. La scelta migliore.

Cons: Tanto rumore. Abbiamo fatto fatica a dormire per i rumori fuori e le tende che non bloccano la luce.

Pros: Appartement très bien situé avec balcon et terrasse tous était parfait 👍

Un lloc molt bo per una estada turística a Roma

Pros: Mol cèntric i molt bona relació qualitat/preu.

Cons: Instal·lacions obsoletes. Caldria renovar algunes coses.
