Great property in a perfect location

Pros: The location of the property is excellent ! Walking distance to all the famous attractions. Very clean and with all the facilities. Close to many bars and restaurants and walking distance to Termini train station. Communication was very good. We were 3 couples so there was plenty of space. Staff were fantastic and accommodating as we needed a late checkout. Very charming property.

Cons: No elevator - but I guess that is to be expected in a building of this age. 2 flights of stairs. The toilet area in the bathroom is very narrow. There is an open bar right downstairs that has a license to stay open until 4am in the morning, which meant there was a lot of noise and after which the garbage collectors came, making their own loud noises.

Pros: Excellent location. Air conditioning in all rooms. Beautiful and stylish apartment.

Great apartment in the historic heart of Rome

Pros: The apartment is within walking distance of the Colosseum, Roman Forum, Piazza Venezia, Santa Maria Maggiore, and other famous attractions in the historic Monte neighborhood of Rome. Numerous excellent restaurants and cafés are also nearby. The apartment itself is spacious and clean, and communication with the owner is excellent.

Cons: Since the apartment is located in an area with many restaurants and cafés, it can sometimes be noisy at night.

Good location, clean and good value for money!

Pros: Great location - plenty of restaurants very close at hand and easily accessible to major landmarks and Metro. Quirky en-suite/bathroom (accessible from both a bedroom and off the kitchen area).

Cons: The stairs from the street to the apartment were a bit steep - but understandable as it is a converted old building.

Pros: Appreciated receiving the door code in advance. Lively area near Collosseum. Walked from train station to apartment. Very clean and comfortable. .

Pros: Very good place, easy to walk around all Roma center. Fully furnished and with all facilities. Looks like was in photos.

Cons: Noisiness from the street, it was difficult to sleep. We were on February, I don't want to imagine about the noise in summer. Windows should be changed to more hermetic. And low place in the toilet. If you are afraid of small spaces, so it will not be very funny :)

Pros: Location, size of the apartament, kitchen equipment.

Pros: The location of the apartment is great. It is just 20 minutes walking from the main train station and 12 minutes to the colosseum. There are lots of bars and restaurants nearby that you can have lovely meals or just a drink.

Perfect if you want to be where the action is.

Pros: Two comfy bedrooms and beds, quiet and efficient A/C (a must and a rarity in Rome). The location is perfect for someone who wants to explore Rome by foot. Kitchen's well equipped. Price/quality ratio is very good.
