If I go again I will stay in the same place

Pros: The location was very good. Max welcomed us nicely. The house was very useful. Water and fruit were placed in the refrigerator. We liked this very much. In short, everything was fine. I recommend.

Great place to stay in Rome!

Pros: The host was super responsive and everything was organized and cleaned :) I'd recommend this place to other people 100%.

Pros: A spacious, confortable and very well equipped apartment, comfortable for up to six guests, in a very pleasant and central location. The host was very friendly and accommodating, helped us with all our requests and questions, and even left us some fruit and other refreshments in the fridge.

Cons: There were only two teaspoons in the kitchen - and that is the only room for improvement, that is how good the place is! ;)

Best of the bunch!

Pros: All the home comforts were there on our arrival, including some treats in the fridge, necessities in the cupboards, essentials in the bathroom, and even some washing powder for a quick washing load! The property was spacious and felt comfortable and homley. It was easy to find our way to and from; located close to the Colosseum, and had some great restaurants and bars very nearby. The welcome messages and instructions were the best we have ever received, leaving no confusion, time wasting, or need for use of phone calls when we arrived (much appreciated, considering data roaming being off). Our daughters were very happy with the double bed bunk situation, giving them their own space whilst still being close. Our 8yo said, and we agree, that this was probably the best property of our total Italian visit (5 different properties stayed at).

Cons: Nothing!

Everything was perfect!

Pros: The apartment is located in an almost quite area, but with many cafes and restaurants around. Viola is such an amazing host, before we arrived, she made sure, we have all the information in order to get into the apartment. The apartment had everything someone needs for a short stay in Roma. Comfortable beds, towels, some toiletries and everything was clean. We also had some welcoming drinks and some fruits. The apartment is located close to the Colosseo and Piazza di Venezia (app. 10-15 min walk) and with a taxi ride it’s close to all major sightseeings in Rome such as Piazza di Spagna, etc. Grazie Mille! 😇😇

Great location and practical layout. Would definitely stay again if I come to Rome.

Pros: Great location, clever layout and warm. It worked well for our family of 5. The bunk in the living room is two double beds and it was much appreciated that Viola set up the lower bunk with two separate doonas/duvets which made it more harmonious for our two teen boys to share. We were also able to drop off our bags earlier while the apartment was being cleaned from previous guests which was helpful.

Cons: Only very minor irritations like no olive oil (we left ours for next guests) and not enough bowls but on the flip side some clementines and apples in the fridge which were unexpected and appreciated.

Pros: Very welcoming appartment, with all amenities, including some drinks and food.

Cons: the room is very dark. it is a little far from the center of Rome

Pros: Location was very good. 1 minute to Cavour station, 10 minutes walk to Colosseum and 10 minutes to Termini station. There were surprises in refrigerator. House was very clean, Hot water every minute. Coffee machine and coffees are ready all the time. Much better than expected.

We loved our stay at Sweet Life House Rome Cavour. I highly recommend this property for anyone visiting Rome.

Perfect

Pros: Location was perfect. Host Viola was so supportive e.g restaurant recommendation, keep the luggages after checking out. We arrived late so nice to have drinks, fruits, snacks prepared on arrival. We really would stay again for the next visit.

Cons: Nothing.
