Family holiday

Pros: The apartment was lovely. There were 7 of us, so having 3 bathrooms was great. Also, having all the kitchen and laundry amenities was really helpful. The location was within walking distance of all local attractions, also having the balcony was great, we all enjoyed traffic and people watching. Communication was always quick and the welcome wine and biscuits were a lovely gesture. We had an amazing stay..

Cons: It was great having a lift but you still needed to carry the cases up one flight then down one flight as the stops were between floors, but this definitely wouldn't stop us from staying here again

Pros: Good location near Termini train station and the Colosseum. Hosts were very helpful and accommodating, including organising an airport transfer for us.

Cons: The lift is very small and stops at the staircase landing between floors, so not suitable for people with accessibility issues.

Pros: I liked absolutely everything, it was really great, they allowed me to check in early, very good location, the main attractions are nearby, about 10 minutes walk to the Colosseum, a minute walk to the metro station, which is very convenient, the apartment had everything, a microwave, a stove, air conditioning in each room, which was very important at an air temperature of +39, for three bedrooms, three toilets and showers, this is very convenient when you are traveling with a large family, everything is thought out to the smallest detail, a nice compliment in the form of a bottle of cold wine and cookies) the balcony was a nice bonus, right across the road is a good grocery store with colorful sellers) The owner was very kind and friendly, helped us with the transfer, considering that we had a night flight, it was very convenient, thank you very much for everything, we will definitely come back again)

Enjoyable stay at Roma…

Pros: Great location between Roma Termini and the Colosseo. Decent supermarket right across street. Metro stop only 50m away & bus stops nearby. Quieter than expected. Responsive Host.

Cons: A couple basic things would improve the property for travellers; curtains to living room so can sleep on sofa bed without sunrise waking you & a bit more body wash then the teeny tiny amount provided & a bit of hand wash would be good too.

Pros: Amazing layout, three bedrooms and 3 bathrooms for our family really work. It was practically new, great beds, a/c, kitchen etc. Excellent location. Best of all the host was so helpful, took our bags up and down via lift for us. Highly recommend

Pros: Pěkný apartmán na skvělém místě kousek od Kolosea a vedle stanice metra. Tři ložnice se třemi koupelnami, vybavená kuchyně a útulný obývací pokoj. Všechny pokoje s klimatizací. Pohodné postele a praktické vybavení. Ochotná majitelka, která hned reaguje na zprávy a se vším pomůže.

Cons: Drobné nedostatky jako otevřená jednotka klimatizace a nedotažené kliky budou určitě po sezóně opraveny. Ale není to nic, co by kazilo pobyt,
