Pros: Location! Nice rooms and helpful stuff with all the needs we needed inside the room and on the floor (mini kitchen with warm drinks and snacks).. Julia was lovely, thank you.

Brilliant hotel in a brilliant location.

Pros: Everything! This is our third time staying here and we’ve loved it every time. The staff are very friendly and helpful, the room and bathroom are lovely and well equipped and the position is second to none, a mere 3 minutes away from the Spanish Steps, Trevi Fountain and Piazza Navona. Breakfast outstanding with a huge variety of food choices.

Pros: We stayed in a superior room, which was very comfortable, and the terrace was an absolute blessing. We enjoyed our morning coffee there every day, even with a slight chill in the air. The shower pressure in the bathroom was excellent; while there was no handheld showerhead, this did not detract from our overall comfort. The room was always kept immaculately clean. The hotel is within short walking distance of all the main attractions, which made exploring the city effortless. Above all else, the team was truly incredible—professional, kind, and genuinely helpful throughout our stay. A special shout-out to Claudia, Luca, Arnob, and the two Julias—thank you for making our stay so memorable. Bless you.

Cons: The shower did not include a handheld showerhead, but this was not a major concern for us.

Delightful stay in the heart of Roma

Pros: The location was perfect and near all the city center sights. We were greeted in our room with appertivo spritz and snacks. Room was lovely and bed was comfortable. The breakfast was very good with a great assortment of things to choose from. The staff were very helpful arranging a ride to the airport during a bus, train and taxi strike!

Cons: The short stairs to the elevator and again to our room with our luggage. We were warned about it by the staff before checking in. And staff helped us to our room.

Pros: Excellent location; able to walk to all major attractions; even the Vatican was only 35 mins walk. Good restaurants on the doorstep.

A wonderful stay with thoughtful touches and friendly staff.

Pros: We had a wonderful stay from the very start! The hotel staff went extra mile to make us feel welcome, they even surprised us with a room upgrade. Everyone was attentive, caring, and had a great sense of humor, which made our stay even more enjoyable. We loved the little thoughtful touches, like the free coffee capsules, cookies, and water available throughout the premises. It might seem small, but it really made a big difference. I travel a lot and rarely see this level of thoughtfulness at other hotels. Breakfast was simple but had a good variety and was really tasty. Overall, a fantastic experience, we would happily come back!

Cons: The only small hiccup was one early morning when we were disturbed by some noise from a cleaning lady’s equipment next to our room.

As expected, really good.

Pros: Location was great, right in the heart of things. the room was good but could have had a bit more space for two suitcases. The breakfasts were really good and they catered for every nationality.
