Hotel San Silvestro

Great and served the purpose!

Pros: Central location, comfort, and helpful and friendly staff.

Pros: Everything was perfect! The location is perfect to reach all the important places by walk. The staff is friendly and polite. Room very clean and new.

Cons: Rooms are somewhat small.

Pros: Excellent location. The staff were extremely helpful and Roberto was so friendly and helpful with his advice and arranging for our room to be ready due to our early arrival.. It was though he could pre empt our needs before we did. The rooms were large enough for our needs and the bed was comfortable. We would definitely stay here again.

Cons: The only negative we had was we would have liked some hooks to hang up our coats and perhaps a bigger wardrobe. But a minor detail like this, didn't affect our stay

Pros: A beautiful and very clean hotel with a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The breakfast was excellent. The entire staff was exceptionally kind, friendly, and always eager to assist. Markos at the reception seemed to anticipate our questions before we even asked. Ευχαριστούμε Μάρκο! Asma was always cheerful and kind; we saw her every morning at breakfast, and she genuinely lifted our mood. The location was amazing—we were able to explore everything on foot.

Pros: Thank you Marco for the hospitality and detailed explanations about the city.

Cons: The kitchen area was a little bit low ceiling but nothing to lower the rating.

Close to the center, helpful reception.

Pros: The location was perfect. 10 minute walk from historical squares. There are local fashion shops nearby which is a bonus. I didn't take breakfast. There are many cafes you can walk in 10 minutes. Reception was very helpful. They let you leave your luggage if you want to wander around after the check out.

Cons: The rooms are very small. I didn't think they were that small from the pictures. At night there were a lot of noises coming from the street and the hallway that woke me up. Also there were facial hair in the glass they put on the bathroom. I haven't used it thinking they would change it the other day but they probably didn't see it. Other than this there were no problem at all. It is a very small hotel but in Rome there is a cleaning problem in many hotels. But this one was pretty clean.

If you need good room - it is here, warm, clean and really friendly hotel

A perfect spot from which to experience the Eternal City!

Pros: The service at the desk was exceptional. When my air didn't work properly, they immediately gave me a fan and gave me a few breakfast that day. Roberto was especially accommodating. Everyone was friendly and super professional! Location was fantastic. Room was quiet. There is a taxi stand right out the door as well as a nice piazza.

Cons: The room was small, but that didn't bother me because I travel to see and experience a place, not to stay in the hotel.
