Lovely

Pros: The service was wonderful, and the staff were incredibly friendly, polite, and always willing to help. Everyone treated us with great care and professionalism, which made our stay even more special. The breakfast was excellent, with great quality and variety. The hotel is beautiful and very well located. We truly enjoyed our experience and would definitely return.

Excellent

Pros: The hotel was amazing. It had an old, aristocratic vibe with dark colors(which i love) and it smelled wonderful throughout. Our room was very beautiful, with a huge bathroom. The stuff was very helpful and very polite . The hotel’s food was excellent, and overall, when I go back to Rome, I will definitely stay here again.

Cons: A lot of noise during the night from the neighboring streets, the windows do not isolate properly and I have woken every night form garbage tracks, etc
