Location was excellent, the cleaning every morning was super !

Pros: Amazing room, clean and tidy. Staff very welcoming and helpful. Nothing to complain about.

Pros: The location of the hotel was the best. It was walking distance to most of the sites in Rome. Very close to Spagna Metro train station. For shoppers, the hotel was at the corner of via Condotti and via Corso. There places to eat around the area too. We also met Katherina and Joy at the hotel reception. They made us feel welcome and gave us tips.

Cons: The insulation on the room was too good. It felt warmer that the 17 degrees that we set it to. I had to open windows to cool down the room..

Cons: Cleanliness- when we arrived, there were some raisins on the floor in the bedroom, almost like the floor wasn’t swept. But perhaps this was a one off issue. Everything else was great

Wonderful boutique hotel with the most caring staff and perfect location!

Pros: The hotel is at walking distance from all the major attractions in Rome and less then 2min from the Spanish steps. The staff is very polite and went the extra mile to make our stay unforgettable. It’s located in a quiet area and the room was very nice and comfortable.

Cons: Didn’t bother us but the room didn’t have a window with a view.

Pros: Really friendly and helpful staff. The hotel is located in the hart of the city- you can hear the buzz of the city but when the windows are closed it is soundproofed.

Pros: Among the best hotels I would highly recommend!! The reception staff are very nice and always happy to help. There is also a refreshment room after leaving the room for hotel guests before the flight. In short, an amazing experience, highly recommended.

Pros: This is truly the best accommodation we have ever stayed at. The staff are exceptionally welcoming, the room is spotless, and the whole place has an incredible fragrance. The location couldn’t be better — right in the very center, surrounded by wonderful restaurants, shopping, and convenient public transport. This is the second time my mom and I have stayed here for our vacation, and we have never experienced better service.

Pros: Pros: The location is excellent – very central and within walking distance to major attractions. The room was small but very clean and well-maintained. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and helpful.

Cons: Cons: The biggest issue was with the hot water. We would start showering, and after a few minutes, the hot water would completely disappear. We reported it to the staff, who said it had been fixed, but unfortunately the problem persisted. Out of 5 nights, we only had hot water for showers twice. Another downside, common in many small European hotels, is that there was no wardrobe in the room, which made organizing clothes a bit inconvenient.
