One of a kind, amazing experience since minute one until the end.

Pros: Every thing was perfect! The hotel building, staff was incredible, respectful and extremely knowledgeable and friendly. Breakfast was great and well served. Eleonora, Vitoria and Frederica were so nice!! In fact all staff was great including private transfer, Zuma restaurant. I got an upgrade and my room was a dream come true. Fendi furniture, anazing amenities, presents, a beautiful welcome gift and fresh flowers. Water, coffee, chocolates and cookies were available and tea served at night. 10!!! Amazing experience! Will come back soon.

Pros: Location was amazing. You can go almost everywhere by walking. Cleaning was perfect, staff was kind. This hotel worths what it costs

Pros: Was friendly team, very helpful and room was beautiful.

Cons: Was extremely warm in the room (apparently reception can modify the room temperature). We had to sleep with open window, which was extremely loud. Only after the night we informed the reception about this and they informed us they can 'play' with the temperature....Shame it was already in the morning after...

Pros: Its a boutiqe hotel so very limited with rooms, hence not crowded. Very stylish and high end. Clean, big rooms and bathrooms , they offered us an upgrade. They provide turndown service which is nice to have, plus they allow you to use the included breakfast within the room. The bed and pillows are super comfy, and the shower is really good, extra water pressure would have been amazing.

Cons: The Taxi couldn't reach to the front main door for some reason, we had to carry our bags few steps. There was some noise from the ceiling like wood cracking every now and then which might disturb your sleeping if you are a light sleeper.
