Comfortable, homely and quality.

Pros: Very friendly and homely. Staff were attentive and helpful. Close to the river and great shopping, all of the important sites are within a 30 min walk or less. Our room was very comfortable and had everything we needed, cleaned and tidied every day! A small and quiet hotel! Beautifully decorated.

Cons: Nothing I didn't like about this hotel would use them again.

Lovely hotel and great location

Pros: Hotel Vilòn is an excellent property in a fantastic location. Our room was spacious, comfortable and very quiet, and the breakfast was varied and high-quality.

Cons: The team was helpful and efficient and assisted us with everything we needed. My only suggestion is about the tone of service: while the staff was attentive, at times the interaction felt a little formal/serious, and a touch more friendliness would have made us feel even more welcome. Overall, a great stay and a hotel I would happily recommend.

The Perfect Rome hotel

Pros: An Absolutely perfect hotel. 5 perfect stars for what truly makes a wonderful hotel and stay The staff were a joy to be around, with an immaculately presented hotel full of wonderful detail and design This stands head and shoulders above the TB Roma and Anantra hotels where we stayed the last two years prior. This will be my go to hotel for anytime I chose to stay in Rome from now on PS also a perfect location

Pros: What a great experience all round. I had requested a month earlier that I would need an early check in, they said they weren’t sure they could honour it, but would do their best. When I got to the hotel they had my room ready by 11:30am! For an 8 room hotel (I think), that’s very impressive. You’re also given a personal tour around the hotel and an explanation of how to use the various equipment in the room. The room was perfect. Very clean, elegant, spacious and well equipped. The bar and restaurant are well designed with good ambience (non intrusive easy-listening jazz music playing). The food was excellent, the service impeccable, and the staff are very friendly. If I come to Rome again, I’m staying here.

Pros: I wanted to take a moment to express my gratitude for the exceptional experience I had during my recent stay. Everything was absolutely perfect. The staff were incredibly professional, paying great attention to every detail, and their kindness towards my two chihuahuas was truly priceless. From the delightful breakfast to the exquisite dinner at your lovely restaurant, every moment was thoroughly enjoyable. The room was the perfect size and the terrace offered an incredible view that added to the overall charm of our stay. Thank you for making our visit so memorable. I look forward to staying with you again in the future.

Our favorite stop to stay in Rome!

Pros: Beautiful interiors, excellent location, top quality service and cleanliness and amazing staff. We love coming back to Hotel Vilon!

Cons: Sewage smell at certain times of the day in the communal staircase. Very typical of Rome.
