Beautiful Monti apartment Panisperna

Beautiful apartment in a great location.

Pros: Wonderful apartment. Great location easy walking distance to all the sites. We loved the neighbourhood. Supermarkets close by, loads of restaurants and bakeries. The apartment itself is impressive. Loads of space, bright and comfortable. Lift takes you to the third floor. Communication was great - happy to arrange an early check in and made sure we understood how to use hearing and lighting etc. We loved our stay - highly recommend.

Cons: Nothing negative at all.

Pros: Location very good, many attractions within walking distance of the accommodation. There is also a metro station nearby, and a bus stop in front of the building. There are restaurants and groceries nearby. the kitchen equipment was sufficient. kitchen with living room and dining room spacious.

Cons: There are 3 big flower pots on the balcony. so 3 people cannot fit on the balcony. The hot water in the shower flows too slowly. We were missing wardrobes in the rooms.

Great Monti apartment

Pros: Great location and walkable to many attractions. Was clean and comfortable and had good ac which helped in the hot weather.

Cons: The showers could do with an upgrade but nothing major.

Pros: Lovely and quiet apartment in Central. Close to all attractions.

Fantastic 2 bedroomed apartment.

Pros: We stayed in Milan, Genoa, Pisa and Rome, this was by far the best accommodation, it's clean, spacious, well equipped and in a great location. There are 2 good sized bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a massive living area, 3 sofas, a dining room table, washing machine, dishwasher, many books, lovely decoration and more... It's near attractions, the train station, bars, restraunts and supermarkets. Fabrizio met us to give us the keys, he was fantastic and passed on some valuable local knowledge to help with our stay.

Cons: The hot water is slow compared to what we are used to but this wasn't too much of a problem, we just turned the showers on sooner than we normally would. The kitchen sink tap spits the water out, I think it needs a new gauze on it. Neither of these issues affected a fantastic stay at the property.

Pros: El depaetamento es super amplio,muy completo y los dueños nos dejaron espumante y pan dulce porque estuvimos para Navidad. Volvería sin dudarlo.

Pros: La situación. El apartamento bonito. Bien amueblado.

Cons: En los baños tenía que haber una percha o gancho para colgar .

Pros: Casa accogliente e moderna, la proprietà molto disponibile insieme alla signora Claudia e a suo figlio persone fantastiche

Cons: Unica pecca: l'acqua calda arriva con 10 minuti di ritardo

Un apartamento unico

Pros: La decoración, los cuadros y libros, logran que el apartamento sea único como Roma.

Makul

Pros: İki ayrı yatak odası ve iki ayrı banyo tuvalet oluşu oldukça konforluydu. Ev çok güzel röneve edilmişti. Sakin ama şehir merkezine yakındı. Bina çok tarihi ve çok güzeldi, İtalya'nın tarihi dokusunu harika hissettiren bir daire. İletişim kurmak çok kolaydı ve ilgililerdi.

Cons: Her iki banyoda da sıcak su ve duş başlıkları daha iyi olabilirdi. Bir banyo duşakabinli diğeri ise perdeli duşa sahipti ve perdeli olanda aydınlatma biraz yetersiz kalıyordu. Yine de her şeye rağmen tatilimizi olumsuz etkilemedi ama mutlaka tamir edilmesi gerekiyor. Mokapod vardı ancak kahve yoktu, ya biz bulamadık ya da gerçekten yoktu.
