Great location.

Pros: The apartment is in a great location. It was clean and everything needed was there.

Cons: There could be more light.

Pros: Beautiful apartment in a great area of Roma (Monti). This apartment has everything you need for a short or long stay and no stairs to reach it. Down the street you will find a vibran night life with a great pizzeria and cafés. Also I want to thanks the owners of the apartment. We arrived very late and they waited for us and took their time to answer our questions, grazie mille to a lovely couple. *****

Cons: TV reception but who needs a TV when in Rome.

Pros: Location, close to all the sites, train station but a little off the busy part. Fantastic restaurants and bars nearby. Room was good - small and functional. Sofa bed in living room was good for our 13year old.

Cons: As the apartment is at street level, no real options to open up and see any views. Shower was limited hot water wise - only 2 showers before water runs out.

Pros: Super lokalizacja, bliskość restauracji, sklepów. Czyste mieszkanie, niezbedne wyposażenie kuchni umozliwiajace przygotowanie posiłków, klimatory z funkcja ogrzewania w kazdym pokoju ,ciepły i regulowany grzejnik w łazience do suszenia recznikow. Bardzo dobry kontakt z właścicielem.

Cons: Niski parter, częściowo poniżej poziomu ulicy. Okno w salonie na chodnik zasłonięte okiennicami więc troche doskwierał brak światła dziennego. Mieszkanie wydawało się mniejsze niż w opisie, bliżej 40-45m2.

Pros: La ubicación es perfecta. A 10 minutos andando del Coliseo. El apartamento está en un edificio antiguo pero está reformado. Tiene mucho encanto

Pros: Very good stay in the heart of Rome You can spend a long time searching for accommodation in Rome and comparing options, but it is truly hard to find a better place in this location and for this price. The check-in instructions were very clear and easy to follow. The apartment has a wonderful kitchen with good-quality cookware, a coffee machine and coffee capsules. It is a quiet place in the very heart of the Eternal City: 14 minutes on foot to the Colosseum, 10 minutes to the nearest metro station, and about 10 minutes to a supermarket. A very thoughtful detail — umbrellas were provided in the apartment. For winter stays, each room has strong heating, which made the apartment warm and comfortable. The shower has good hot water (which is not always guaranteed in Italy). There are two TVs and very good Wi-Fi. Excellent value for money. The bed in the bedroom is comfortable and of good quality.

Cons: Cleanliness could be better: there was some mold in the bedroom, the shower was not perfectly clean, and there was a slight unpleasant smell in the bathroom. The sofa bed in the living room is damaged — the lower part is completely sagging and it creaks a lot. However, it is still possible to sleep on it. The electrical fuse also trips all the time. For example, if you turn on the hair dryer, stove , you might be left without power, but this is easy to fix; there's an electrical panel at the entrance.
