Pros: The apartment's location is great; it's approximately a 10-minute walk to the Colosseum. Additionally, the adjacent street offers a small convenience shop and several restaurants serving good food, which is ideal if the weather prohibits traveling farther. When we arrived it was easy to access the apartment; we received a code for the first door, and the key card was conveniently placed in a secure box outside the main entrance. Furthermore, communicating with the owner was awesome and notably helpful.
Cons: The apartment is located near busy streets; in particular, the bedroom window faces a street that is busy 24 hours a day, which caused slight sleeping problems for the first two nights.

The MONTI44 is our Roman “home away from home.” I would stay there again next time we’re in Rome.
Pros: The MONTI44 apartment is very well-located. It’s close enough to well to Termini, the Colosseum, Trevi Fountain. There are plenty of restaurants, shops, markets, etc. in the area. The apartment is itself is decorated in a clean, modern, very attractive style and is sufficiently well-appointed for a couple to stay for a week. Even though we did not cook large meals, we had breakfast every morning in the apartment as well as making light meals. The bathroom was great! Plenty of light in the bedroom and living room. The host, Roberto, communicated with us every day to see if we had any issues.
Cons: There is no elevator and the apartment is on the 2nd floor (which would be equivalent to the 3rd floor in the US). It was only an issue the first and last days when we had to carry up the suitcases.

Super stosunek jakości do ceny.
Pros: Super lokalizacja. Po 10 minut na piechotę tak do Koloseum jak i do dworca Termini (główny węzeł włoskiej komunikacji wszelakiej) co zdecydowanie ułatwia zwiedzanie tak samego Rzymu jak i wycieczki w inne rejony Włoch oraz dojazd z lotniska. Usytuowanie przy typowo śródziemnomorskiej uliczce, widok na takie same zaułki (okiennice, balkoniki, rośliny). Cisza, jak na centrum miasta, czasami przejeżdża samochód pod oknami i nic więcej. Bardzo czysto i przestrzennie. Dobre wyposażenie - zupełnie spokojnie można przygotować posiłek, zrobić pranie, wysuszyć coś na grzejniku. Wszystko sprawne. W kuchni kawa, herbata, sól, pieprz, cukier, olej. Wygodne nie tylko łóżko w sypialni ale również kanapa w salonie. Bezproblemowe zameldowanie. Gospodarza nie widzieliśmy, ale czuwał nad wszystkim, np. poinformował nas o planowanej przerwie w dostawie wody.
Cons: Brak koszy do segregacji śmieci. Brak informacji gdzie wyrzucać śmieci - wynosiliśmy do koszy stojących na ulicy, ale czy robiliśmy to prawnie czy bezprawnie to nie mamy pojęcia. Za mało kubków. W łazience pojemniki na mydło i wieszaki na ręczniki na przyssawki - odpadały.

Cinco días estupendos en Monti44
Pros: Muy limpio. Luminoso. Amplio. Cómodo. Funcional y acogedor. Cocina bien equipada. Café de cortesía. Buenas toallas y ropa de cama. La cama comodísima .Buena comunicación por WhatsApp con el anfitrión. El apartamento es tal y como se ve en las fotos, o mejor. No puedo opinar de la lavadora y la secadora porque esa parte estaba cerrada y no nos hizo falta lavar ropa. El apartamento es ideal para varios días en Roma ya que puedes aprovechar el salón, con un sofá comodísimo, preparar el desayuno, o una cena con comida comprada en el barrio, que tiene de todo. El supermercado PAM en via Urbana hasta las 22 es muy útil.
Cons: Una advertencia, no una queja. Atención: personas despistadas o no muy ágiles. El pequeño escalón a los pies de la cama (está escrito en las instrucciones) El escalón es bajo, casi imperceptible a la vista, y te puedes tropezar o dar un traspié, sobre todo por la noche si vas al baño. El escalón está iluminado a todo lo largo, pero no se puede dejar encendido porque funciona con el interruptor de luz de la habitación.
