Colosseum Historic Apartment - 17th Century Building

Pros: The apartment was in a perfect location, within walking distance of all the main sights. It’s beautifully decorated and equipped with everything you might need. The owner was very kind, and the host was extremely helpful and showed us everything we needed to know. We had an amazing stay and truly hope to come back. Thank you!

Was a great base to explore Rome, would stay there again

Pros: Was very comfortable and in a great position to see the sights of Rome. You could walk most places and the metro or train station were a short walk away

Pros: The best place for your holiday. The apartment is fully equipped, there is whatever you need. Communication with owner was very good and also Manuela was very kind and she gave us a good recommendation for restaurants. Thank you very much!!!

We had a great stay on Rome and this property was fab. The comfiest bed and pillows we’ve ever slept on!! ☺️

Pros: Compact & bijou, great location. Well equipped property with everything we needed for our stay. We were in contact with the owner Selvaggia prior to our stay and were able to check in a few hours earlier on the day of our arrival which was very convenient. Manuela (housekeeper) also contacted us prior to the stay and gave us instructions for our arrival and met us at the property to handover keys and instructions. Both Manuela and Selvaggia were in contact throughout our stay for any queries. We were provided with video instructions for the washing machine/dishwasher and coffee machine which we found super helpful. We were a family of 3 (one 17yr old) and we managed for the 3 nights of our stay.

Cons: The only reason we have given this rating a 9/10 is because the air conditioning in the adjacent property woke us a few times throughout the night but the temperature was 36 degrees! The air con in the property was a godsend.

Pros: The accommodation was exactly as shown in the photos—there was absolutely no discrepancy. The host was incredibly welcoming, helpful, and always quick to respond. We experienced some delays in our schedule and had trouble with parking upon arrival, but the host was very understanding and did everything possible to accommodate us. They went above and beyond to find useful information for us, which we truly appreciated. Just a heads-up: the property is located in a historic district where regular vehicles are not allowed to enter. Unless you’re okay with dragging your luggage several hundred meters over cobblestone streets, you might want to think twice about driving directly there. That said, our overall experience was excellent, and we highly recommend this place to others!

Pros: Truly amazing and unique place! Very welcoming atmoshere and comfortable and well equipped and modern apartment. Definitely recommend! We enjoyed every aspect of the suite and were really pleased with all the treats provided by the owner.

Fantastic Studio in Great Location

Pros: The space was very clean and well decorated. We enjoyed the comfortable environment and everything we needed was there. Location was perfect and not a far walk from any of the Rome highlights. The host was absolutely fantastic, had some complimentary drinks and snacks for us and also gave us a complete run down of how to get to places and restaurant/bar recommendations. We highly recommend this place to couples travelling in Rome.
