Great stay in a well-located apartment just double-check which of the two flats you’re booking
Pros: We had a very good stay overall. The apartment is spacious, well-equipped, and very well located in Rome. We were able to do everything on foot and never needed to use public transportation. There is a small grocery store right next door, as well as several bars and restaurants nearby. The area feels quite safe. It’s about a 10-minute walk to the train station, 30 minutes to the city center, and around 40 minutes to the Vatican, all walking distance. The only small downside is that the entrance is located on a narrow street that can be a bit dark and slightly noisy.
Cons: One important thing to mention: when we arrived, there were other people inside the apartment we had reserved. They had mistakenly entered our apartment instead of the other one listed in the ad which is just next corner. Fortunately, the problem was resolved quickly. Be careful when booking, as the listing includes two different apartments, which can be confusing. Make sure to double-check which apartment you are reserving. Overall, despite this small issue, we had a pleasant stay.

Great stay. Would stay again.
Pros: Comfy and spacious apartment. Great kitchen, nice sized bathroom, bedroom and living area. 15minute walk from the major train station. A couple little bits need tidied up but enjoyed it and would 100% stay.
Cons: Couldn't work out the heating in the bedroom, but also didn't need it or ask the host so maybe it's super easy.

Great location with the luxury of a fully equipped and comfortable apartment.
Pros: Many aspects to like. Perfect location for access to the attractions and also Roma train station. Having access to an equipped kitchen close to a supermarket suited us really well. Accomodation was very clean, practical and spacious.
Cons: It’s not exclusive to this apartment so it’s not a critique - more so a heads up. We found that at times it’s hard to escape the noise. The streets of Rome rarely sleep even in the quieter side streets of Monti.

Neat apartment, in very good location.
Pros: The flat is about halfway between the Colosseum and Rome Termini Station, approximately 10 - 15 minute leisurely walk. It’s in a converted cellar with a vaulted roof and does have access to daylight. It’s charming and quirky. Crisp, clean cotton sheets on comfy beds. Ample towels and complimentary toiletries. Very clean bathroom. Neat kitchenette with coffee maker, coffee pods and sugar. It is self check in but host responds very quickly. A Pam food store is just a few minutes away.
Cons: Don’t be put off by the narrow street.

Great flat, very good location, nice stay!
Pros: Grate location, very unusual flat in the vaulted cellar!
Cons: A little bit more kitchen utilities would be great.😊
